What a great company to work for! I’ve worked for a few companies in Denver, all of which pay their technicians on commissions only. That means if the tech doesn’t sell something he or she doesn’t get paid. Think about what that means. At Littleton hvac we are paid an hourly wage. There is no incentive to upsell customers working here.

Would not recommend this company. Tech came over and said my fan motor was broken and I needed a new motor or AC. Had another tech come over for a second opinion and he confirmed there was nothing wrong with my AC. He just added some coolant and my AC is just fine. So glad I called the other company!

Assessment and sizing of furnace and A/C expertly done. A/C unit smaller than the one it replaced but worked admirably during the summer heat--and electric bill was lower than previous years.

What a relief to have real professionals who don't just hand you a quote, but explain what things mean and why. They took the time to make sure I knew not only how everything worked, but why it works that way. Courteous, polite, organized AND efficient...and that's saying something because our situation was a mess due to fault of the previous company. You can't go wrong with Littleton!

We were looking for AC company we got three bids we selected Littleton Heating and Air Darek came out to give us the bid very impressed with everything that he presented we had a 33 year old Lennox air conditioner 15 year old Kenmore furnace so we got a new Daikin AC unit with heat pump and the new furnace Derak and Trence did all the heating and AC install they did change the heating ducts to a 45 degree angle where the furnace hooks up to the main trunk line to get better airflow they did a fantastic job very satisfied thank you Very cool now

Installation went smoothly and service was performed professionally. Would recommend. Karin was especially helpful and professional with making sure the process went as planned.

I called them to get a general price of a service and the lady who answered was rude about, "we don't give any quote over the phone," in a snotty tone of voice. Be careful of this one, any business not willing to even give you a range of cost for that type of service is a company you want to stay away from.

Littleton heating gave me a good price on a new furnace/AC and listened to my needs rather than telling me what I needed in a prescriptive way.

Supposed to be here at 11AM for estimate. Called at 12pm and they said it was an 11-2pm window (it was not per the email I received and our phone conversation). 2PM is here, still did not come. Finally got a call at 2:15 that they are 10 minutes away. No thanks. Bye.
