We were extremely happy with the quick response (the tech was here within 3 hours of my initial call) and the fast and accurate diagnosis and repair. We also appreciated a company that has someone available to answer the phone rather than some slow-responding message service. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and isolated the problem within minutes and had us enjoying heat again within the hour. We won't hesitate to call Littleton H & A/C again if a need arises.

This is a great company, they are very knowledgeable about the industry and are honest about the work that needs to be completed. They are not the cheapest but they are the best. We purchased a home and had to have the furnace inspected, unfortunately the homeowner had the furnace replaced by another company, but Littleton Heating came back to reinspect and helped remedy the issues from the unqualified installation company.

I was getting nickle and dimed by these guys. I had a leak in my air conditioner and the technician advised me to use a dye pack so they could find the leak. He quoted me a price and I agreed. I told him that I would be out of town at the time that they needed to trace the pack and to go ahead without me, as there was no need to enter the premises. They called several times, but as indicated, I was unavailable. When I got back to the company, they agreed to place another dye pack. Imagine my surprise when I talked to the tech and he told me that there was an addition charge to check where the dye was leaking. One would think that if you are looking for a leak, the quoted charge would include the placement and follow up of the dye. The search charge was considerably higher than the placement charge. Personally, I consider this dishonest. I had the tech leave and contacted a more reputable company that I have used in the past. Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning, in my opinion, uses questionable business tactics. I would find someone else to do your work

Company seems to be going down hill. Bought a furnace from this company 3 years ago after they took care of my old furnace for 2 years prior to that. This year I have had two appointments for annual check as required by warranty. They failed to make either one and did not even bother to call me to cancel the second time. They also jacked up the price of a service call.

After getting recommendations from others that I needed to replace my furnace, LHAC diagnosed and repaired my furnace at a tiny fraction of replacement cost. There wasn't even a charge for parts. (It just needed some cleaning!). Their service was quick and professional.
