Great company! Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. We had burned up contacts in our ac unit and he also did a great tune up. Derek was very professional and was a pleasure to have around for the short time he was here.

Company went far and above to fit us in.
Secretary and technician were extremely courteous and proficient. After another company said I needed a new A/C called Littleton and all I needed was a relay. Hats off to Kerin and Derek Jackson true professionals in their craft.

I would recommend that you call another company and save yourselves some money and frustration.

I read the online reviews, and since they were overwhelmingly positive called Littleton Heating to ask about having our furnace cleaned (I was very specific about cleaning, as we have sold our home and part of the inspection report requested the furnace be cleaned.) I was told that it would be $125 for the furnace to be serviced and I asked specifically if that included cleaning and was told yes, but it would not include issues that needed to be fixed that were found during the service.

As soon as the technician walked in the door he had his price book in his hand to show me what all of my options were for his visit. I told him what I had discussed when I called and that I just wanted the basic cleaning. He then wanted me to pay for a certification, which I declined. He then told me there would be a $45 trip charge, which had not been mentioned before. When I told him that I had not mentioned when I set up the appointment he called the office and they waived the trip charge "this time".

After 45 minutes he came up and told me that he had two recommendations and he would write them on the invoice for me. Guess what his main recommendation is? That the furnace be cleaned. SERIOUSLY. $495.71 is the quote he wrote on the invoice and an additional $86.18 to determine why the furnace is short cycling.

As a point of reference, if you are interested, our furnace is 6 years old and we have had no issues with it at all. We simply were following the request of the buyers inspector, which seems pretty standard to me.

I truly do not trust what I have been told and I feel like because I turned down all the extra services they have backed us into a corner by writing a bunch of expensive recommendations on the invoice that we have to provide to our buyer. I have thrown away $125, as I will not bring Littleton Heating back, but will need to start over with another company.

I called and talked to staff. I told them specifically I wanted a free estimate and have someone come take a look at the furnace to see if it needs to be replaced. They did send someone who was courteous and gave me an estimate but charged me $59 for a trip. The only free estimate offered was specifically to send a salesperson out for a new furnace. Poor communication! Furthermore, unhappy with this performance, I asked a friend to take a look. The person from Littleton HVAC was wrong in his assessment. Furnace is now working for less than $20.

We just had Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning install a new air conditioner for us and the entire experience was great. Everyone that had anything to do with this project was very helpful and knowledgeable. This company goes above and beyond with their customer service and would recommend them to everyone.
