Fantastic experience. Heater stopped working during a snowstorm. Jason & Brian responded quickly, were very courteous, and took the time to explain their process to me. Found the issue, repaired the heater, and made sure to check/clean several other components for good measure. Am definitely using them again if anything comes up in the future.

J&M was nothing but professional. Tom looked at our system with a holistic approach. He helped us find the root cause of the issue with our AC when another outfit in town told us our only option was to replace both the heater and ac. I can not recommend Tom and J&M more.

My mother and I hired this company to install a new heating and cooling system in our home. The first day, they arrived and removed all 3 heating and cooling units from our home. The next day they arrived to begin the installation. When my mother went to check in with them, the owner of the company was in an out of control rage. He was demanding payment before any work was done and getting into her face without a mask (this is during the covid pandemic). My mother is a 60 year old women. She provided a credit card and they ran a charge for 13,900$. Jason (the owner) then stormed into the house demanding 3016$ in cash by the end of the day, although the job wouldn't be complete till the following day. They accused her of reversing the charge and trying to steal from them. My mother got her banker on the phone to verify the charge did go through. The banker verified the charge, but Jason (the owner) would not listen to the speaker phone. While she was on the phone, the banker could hear this person yelling at her and said she needs get him out of the house and find a new company. He was in such a rage, we were actually afraid of what he might do. Remember, this 3 grown men screaming and being aggressive towards a 60 year old women and 24 year old girl. I had to actually get in his face because I was worried about physical violence against my mother. My mom was in tears and truly shaken when he left. They left with our 3 original heating units and 3 original cooling units, we are now with nothing. I have a 2 year old god daughter who spends a couple days a week in our home, without a heating or air conditioning unit our home as become a hazard for this child. It hurts my heart to have people take advantage and be so abusive and unprofessional towards a client. This is a warning to people thinking of using this company.

Tom did a thorough job of inspecting and repairing our system. He made a point of doing the job right rather than pushing a new system on us. I will call and recommend them first every time.

This company is amazing. I had an electrician mess up all of the brakers, their equipment, and make setting up this AC unit imposible. They worked with me and help me solve all of these issues and didn't give up till my air conditioning was working. Mark and Tristen were great and very professional. Thank you so much.
