Great company. Finally landed on JM after being stood up by ARS four times. They came out, diagnosed the problem, order the parts and had it respaired in no time. Totally happy with this experience!

Back in 2018 we had them come out to replace a broken furnace in the dead of winter. Not only did they come out quickly and give us a detailed run down of what furnace we needed for our house (and also what would be overkill so that we didn’t overspend) they also helped us pick out a new full a/c system as our house did not previously have one and summer times had been miserable, and a smart thermostat. They managed to install the ac unit and furnace quickly (even though our utility closet is not against an external wall and my wife and I thought it would be impossible to get the lines outside) and also set us up with a 0% apr card (it was through Wells Fargo but I won’t hold it against them).
All in all it was affordable, quick, easy, and the installation techs were super friendly and helpful while they were here.

Jason is one of the best home maintenance professionals that we have ever worked with. Jason and his team recently installed a new furnace, water heater, and air conditioning unit at our home. Everything about working with JM Heating and Air was smooth and efficient. They have excellent communication and truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure the install went well and followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. We love supporting small business owners and Jason is one of the best out there. We highly recommend JM for all HVAC needs.

This is the WORST CONTRACTOR I have ever had unfortunate experience of dealing with. They were hired to add 7 heat ducts, a dryer vent, and a couple combustion air vents to my basement I was finishing. They installed 5 heat ducts (did a terrible job) refused to add the other 2 vents, and refused to make all the repairs I requested. The total job was $1600, I paid them $1300 and told them I would pay the rest once the work was completed. THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND THEN FILED A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY 3 DAYS LATER. I now get to hire a lawyer and fight them in court.

Great guys and great value. Fixed my humidifirr issue in less then an hour and good pricing.

Jason and his crew replaced our furnace and A/C unit. Not only were they professional and responsive, but we shopped around with 3 other HVAC companies and they had the best prices by far. I tend to keep a close eye when people are working in my house and Jason and his crew did a great job. Very respectful and diligent in their work. I've recommended them to my co-workers who have also used him and are very happy. It's always a relief when you find someone you can trust in the service industry, thanks Jason. Hope not to need your services in the future but if / when I do, I know who to call.

Met with Jason over a month ago and today they came to install the AC/Furnace prompt and on time. Wrapped the carpets up to avoid stains, walked me through the equipment, reset my thermostat and helped with programing. I look forward to keeping these guys in my phone. Overall great experience!

I came home to a freezing house one day and couldn't reach the person I had previously used for HVAC service. I Googled companies near me and found JM Heating & Air. They had someone out in less than thirty minutes. I immediately felt comfortable with Jason and watched as he carefully worked and explained the problem to me. He gave me multiple options (all at extremely fair prices) with absolutely NO pressure to choose one over another. I chose to go with a new furnace. He returned the very next day with the unit and another technician, covered my carpets with plastic, and got the job done quickly. I was so comfortable with them and their professionalism, I trusted them completely in my home while I had to be gone for a few hours. I highly recommend and will use Jason for future HVAC needs. I'm so happy to have found this company.

These guys were very good. Prompt arrival, did good work, finished earlier than anticipated. Price was honest and fair. I'll be going back to them for any ductwork, AC, or heating in the future.
