Fast. Fair. Efficient. A capacitor blew on our 17-year-old unit and Aaron quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. (And by 'quickly' I mean in 15 minutes.) Can't recommend them highly enough.

The A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning staff do a great job servicing our furnace and AC units. To access our furnace units they must remove a few ceiling tiles to reach them in the above crawl space. They always do a good job cleaning whatever debris is created. Give these guys a try.

A-1 is listed as a Heil Furnace Repair expert, and they have always been my go to repair company. In January, I was having problems with my Heil and Brent came out to look at it. He said it needed a special gauge that he didn't know if they had, but he would get one. I called A-1 twice to see about them coming back and never heard back. It's been two months...Luckily the furnace will work if the fan stays on.

Called for A/C inspection.The guy arrived promptly, was pleasant, competent, and told me the unit was in good shape for its age.
I was worried that they would try to sell me a new unit just because mine is pretty old. I'll probably call them when the system needs replacing.

How sad! Haven't had a problem with them before now. My furnace stopped heating last night, called this am to get some one to come out to fix it, & I had to call them back 3 different times, they never called me to come out. It was 17* this morning & still cold outside my 3 kids & I thank you!
