I have used McCreery & Sun for over 15 years for everything from routine seasonal inspections to full furnace and AC install and have found them to always be knowledgeable professional and courteous. They are the only HVAC company I use and would 100% recommend them to anyone for their service needs.

I had several issues going on with my furnace and it required the service technician to come to my house three times. I was very nervous about my bill, but it was under $1000 despite the repairs and service calls. McCreery and Sun were available to service my furnace immediately and worked around my schedule when needed. Nate the tech was very nice to work with and did a great, clean job of the repair. I will use this company for any issues in the future, 100%.

I called McCreery and Sun for an estimate on a new furnace for my home. When Scott Butterworth came into my home, he was very friendly, professional, super knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. While he was looking at my furnace, he noticed a few things that needed some attention. Rather than getting an estimate for a new unit I was given some valuable information on how to keep my current unit running properly. Thank you, Scott, I greatly appreciate your honestly, time, attention to detail and excellent conversation.

I cant say enough about McCreery & sons. They saved our lives. We had a huge scare of carbon monoxide leak from our furnace. Owner Scott came out next day and went over and above
to make us feel safe and go over everything. Installer Austin came out day after Thanksgiving to install our system and again reassured us.

McCreery & Sun has restored my faith in home repair businesses. Last year we had a terrible ordeal with a plumbing company taking advantage of us with a water heater replacement. I dreaded getting my AC fixed when it went down but got some recommendations and was beyond satisfied with the service received from McCreery & Sun. Had my AC back up and running fast and for a very reasonable cost! THANK YOU for running such a great small business!

Received multiple quotes to replace furnace and A/C. Didn't like the high pressure of some, or the smoke and mirrors from others regarding which equipment (model) was being proposed. And a few wouldn't or couldn't pull a permit, which was a red flag for me.

McCreary and Sons have been amazing to us every time we call them, but this time they were above and beyond. Day before Thanksgiving and the hot water heater goes caput, by Friday we’re up and running again. I’m in a wheelchair and get cold really easily, so they truly made my night as I now have warm water. We recommend you to everyone but never post a review, so I thought we’d add one. I needed some preventative maintenance on my A/C unit. Nate carefully checked the unit’s performance, cleaned the filter and replaced a capacitor and fan motor. He kept me informed all along the way, including cost estimates. When we had to reschedule an appointment because of my schedule Nate fit me into his already busy schedule to complete the work. I trust McCreery and Sun because they have worked on my furnace prior to this.

We have used McCreery and Sun for all of our heating and air conditioning for many years. Both at our previous house and the one we just moved into. Their employees are always courteous and friendly. The current owners do this business proud and believe in great customer service.

COMMUNICATION & VALUE: The communication from Chris was way above average. He really took the time to explore options and worked hard to craft the best solutions he could for my needs and carefully explained what, why and how. He knew I wanted to know more than many people might care to know about the mechanical systems in their homes and he spent the time providing that detail without talking over my head and with patience.
TIMELINESS: McCreery & Sun worked hard to get the job on their schedule as soon as possible and Chris and team were great at finishing on time.
PROFESSIONALISM & SKILL: Boiler systems are not very common. Chris made it look like he's been working with them for many years beyond his age. He really cared about making the system work well, look nice and operate smoothly. It's not often I find tradesmen who are this committed to quality while still being priced at a very reasonable level.
