Semi-annual HVAC system maintenance for two years has gone very smoothly. Techs have been on time and completed their tasks in a thorough manner with a professional attitude. They have given suggestions and provided explanations, as well as cost-savings suggestions, clearly. I trust that they, and the company itself, care about quality of service and customer satisfaction. I recommend McCreery & Sun without reservation.

Highly Recommend. We had an issue with our furnace not working properly at the beginning of the colder season (our furnace has had issues in the past, so we should have anticipated this, but pushed it off until it was last-minute). This is of course an incredibly busy time for HVAC folks. McCreery & Sun were able to get us penciled in the next day. Their service was top-notch and their costs were very reasonable. They not only identified the primary issue, but also went on to identify secondary issues that were aiding in the furnace not working properly. We have had other issues with our furnace in the past, and had other HVAC businesses come to fix it before. None of the other businesses were able to fix the latent problems, and then the next year there would be issues again. I am very satisfied with the service we received, and will be using McCreery & Sun for all of our future HVAC needs.

McCreery and Sons is probably one of the most dishonest companies I have ever worked with. They gave me an estimate of $400 and then gave me a final invoice of $1300. They wrote down my incorrect address and failed to email an invoice. The "president" Melissa is refusing to speak with me about the invoice and is denying that her employees could made a mistake. The tech that worked on my job only worked for them for 3 weeks, so clearly there were issues. Steer clear and avoid the nightmare of this company.

We were so happy with this company. They were on time (actually called and came early), the rep who came to our home was knowledgeable and very honest about his assessment of our air conditioner. We will only use this company in the future.

McCreery I would like to say thank you. The Two techs that showed up to my place answered all my questions. They went above and beyond my expectations of service calls. Unfortunately the frist day they came they weren't able to get fix, but the following day they made me think they would camp here till it got fix. They did great work and all my issues we're resolved. When the owner showed up just to check on things. I knew I called the right company. I get a call first thing Monday morning from Eric to just make sure everything was ok.. now that's service. Thanks again

This company is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They are fair and honest and go above & beyond! I have used their services for years and just had a furnace and AC replaced in one of my rental houses. I won't use anyone else.

I can't even begin to praise this company enough. Two guys recently worked all day in a snowstorm to get our furnace installed. They are the only ones we trust with our solar hot water system and they even made it so our furnace diverts through the solar first. We've been loyal customers almost 30 years.
