McCreery & Sun of Colorado

McCreery and Sun is awesome! I have used them multiple times for different properties around NoCo and they have been honest, fast, friendly in all of their repairs. I would highly recommend them! My tenants have also expressed how quick and kind they are!

Not sure I want to give them a great review...everybody will scoop them up! HA! This is only the second home I've purchased and my first was a townhouse where everything was newer so I was probably less concerned than I should have been! I purchased this home in October 2020 and in November noticed the furnace was running weird. I received a recommendation to contact McCreery's.

I was able to get a technician from the company out within a couple days. The heat was working so it didn't require an immediate fix. They sent out Ryan. Ryan was super nice, didn't mind all the yapping dogs in my house and told me what I needed to do on my end since the issue I was having wasn't always present! Well of course not! Take the car to the mechanic and the noise stops! Bring the mechanic to the house and the furnace behaves!

Ryan's communication is great! When I had the info he requested and called the office to ask him to call me, he did so within great time! He stopped by my home a couple times to review the information I had for him and told me what he thought the issue was.

The part took the longest to get and was a quick fix, for Ryan at least! As soon as the part came in he was here super quick installing it. I've not had any issues since! I plan to use McCreery's yearly check-up service for both my furnace and AC. I hope Ryan sticks around a long time because I trust him and his knowledge to keep my furnace going for years to come!

McCreery and Sun has serviced our air conditioner several times, and installed a humidifier in our home as well. They have had excellent customer service, friendly employees, and have been very reasonably priced. They've earned our trust and we'd recommend them to family and friends.

Our heater stopped working in the middle of winter right before we left on a 7 day vacation... we called McCreery and Sun to help us and they were there within an hour and fixed the problem in no time!! Great service and very professional staff. They saved us when we were in a bind with an affordable fix! Definitely recommend them and will be using them again if needed!

I wish I had known about these guys years ago. My handyman recommended McCreery and Sun to me when I had an HVAC issue (that says a lot when the recommendation comes from a handyman!). Previously I have used 3 other HVAC companies and not been too impressed. From the first interaction over the phone they were professional, reliable, and prompt. Ryan came out to my house and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. When I got my bill I was delighted with how affordable everything was. I have multiple rental properties and I will use McCreery and Sun every time!

Water heater was giving us about 5 min showers and I had to boil water on the stove for my kids to take a bath. Called around looking for prices, McCreery were about 400 bucks less than the competition. I asked for next day installation at a very specific time frame. (I work nights) The tech called before he showed up and was actually early by 4 min. Bottom line, EXCELLENT service! From the call in for scheduling to the tech that showed up. Took about an hour total and left almost no mess. (A little water on the floor that he came back in to clean on his hands and knees.) LOOKS LIKE I FOUND MY NEW GO TO GUYS!

A pleasure to write a review for a company like McCreery & Sun! I recently had work done on 2 rentals houses - one for a new water heater and one got a new furnace. I am not in Greeley, but, as always, I got courteous service on the phone in scheduling appointments, having them pick the best products, and getting back to me with answers to questions and concerns. They come in and work until the job is finished. They clean up the work area and return items that they have moved back to where they belong.

Their products are the best, the warranties are excellent, and the work is flawless. I have been a customer for years and you cannot do better than McCreery & Sun!

McCreery & Sun are the best! We were so impressed with their customer service commitment when we purchased our home 2 years ago. No problem is too big or too small. That is why we chose them to replace our entire HVAC system, which happened at the same time as the COVID 19 outbreak. Can’t say enough good about these folks.

We have used McCreery & Sun for years! We use them every Fall and every Spring to tune up our furnace, A/C, and humidifier. In addition, we've used them to fix our gas fireplace. Lastly, we used them to replace and install a new gas hot water heater. They can pretty much do it all!
Very professional and very helpful.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is how busy they are, and for routine work, you need to schedule out at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
(But, that means they must be good because of how busy they are.)
We've never had to use them for an emergency, so I can't comment on that.

Our water heater was considered, "condemned" from a competetor. They took our water heater apart and left it like that. They wanted 3K for the job!

Fast forward, got a hold of McCreery and Sun and they showed up before schedule because they know what it's like to have no water heater. They gave it for a good price, and they went above and beyond.

These guys are ethical, great customer service, they work with you, and everyone is happy in my house now thanks to them. Thank you so much for all you do in the Greeley area! You guys get 10 stars from me if they existed! Chivalry isn't dead after all 😊
