I cannot say enough about the excellent service this company has!!! They are responsive and kind, not trying to just make money off of you. Thomas and Ronnie, are 2 very sweet techs that have serviced my AC. What a great business model!!!

Im not one to write negative stuff or even write reviews but in this situation I will . Because on June 28th they sent out a technician named Ronnie to take a look at our AC . That day once he got done taking a look at it he stated that the amount due was 370.67 . My dad gave him 400 & he said I don’t have any change . So my dad said I only have a 50 and Ronnie said that fine I’ll give you a 20 dollar discount give me 350 . 350 was given to Ronnie . The next day our AC went out again so I called and asked what was all done to the AC . The girl I spoke to told me nothing was that they only gave us a diagnostic and charged 98 . I went in to speak to the manager and Ronnie and the manager pretty much threaten me the whole time and told me to leave and to take the only $100 that my dad gave him . I’m just writing them this to make people aware of what this company can be capable of .

I called A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning Services (And 2 other companies to compare prices) to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit. They came the next day to give me a free estimate - which I received later that day via email. The estimate included 3 options with different levels of units based on their energy efficiency, along with a Cash discount option and 2 finance options. I decided to see if I could qualify for one of the financing options and Slade took my information over the phone and submitted it to the finance company for me. I was approved and they installed the units a few days later. Very impressed with the quality of the service that they provided and I would not suggest they change a thing about how they operate their business. I would Highly recommend them.
(As for the 2 other companies - they were scheduled to come out to give me estimates the day after A-1 installed my units and I called all 3 on the same day.)

I would give them 10 stars if I could! We had other contractors come in and tell us we needed a whole new ac unit for $5k-$20k when our ac stopped working. A1 literally saved us thousands of dollars by fixing our ac unit and being honest about what was wrong. They are now our go to HVAC people!

29 year old furnace went out in my rental property. A-1 Heating and Air promptly came to do a service call I wanted done and service tech Aaron informed me a new furnace was going to be needed.
Got the new furnace seamlessly scheduled for replacement and promptly installed by tech Hunter,new furnace is quieter, more efficient then the old one A-1 installed 29 years ago.
Very proffesional service !

Aaron did such a super job for us and was so energetic and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and assured us that he would return if needed. I am sure he even saved us some money. He called ahead and arrived on time. Can't say enough about this young man and his work ethic.

I can't complain about the fix. They did it and it works.
But any company that does a line item receipt and included the parts and labor on the same line is SCREWING YOU out your hard earned money. Anyone who did business with these guys should look at that. And if you suspect as much, google one more time to the parts house to see what they are charging off the shelf. We want to pay for A-1s expertise, certainly. But who wants to get overcharged. I owe these guys this review as I as still miffed about my screwing. Buyer beware!

This was the best choice I have ever made for a total heating and air replacement of equipment. Requested 3 estimates. Their professional knowledge of equipment and expertise of installation was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company for any type of service you might need. Tom Sullivan (Service Manager) is an exceptional manager with his team, dedicated to customer service.

A1 did an excellent job on our furnace and ac replacement after our old unit failed. The new unit also seems to be keeping the temp better regulated and the filter already looks filthy indicating it is doing its job unlike the last setup. I really appreciate everyone that works here and what they do!

Update: at my new house I had them assist in putting ducting in the basement as I work towards finishing it. They were prompt and courteous and the work was excellent as always.

Furnace went out. Been on the fritz for a few years. They quoted quickly and could install new furnace and a/c unit pretty much immediately. The guys called when they were on the way. I got them situated and they worked 10 hours to get everything installed and working. New furnace is great and thermostat as well. Hard working crew. Cleaned up when they left. They did a nice job.
