Our furnace was old. These guys nursed it along, keeping it safe for an additional 10 yrs before saying "It's time". Gave a great deal we could afford, installed one week after quote, and this week was COLD. Our installer did a great, fast ,clean job. He fixed my filter replacement so sweet with an arrow for instruction. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you guys. Makes my life as an in home caregiver so much easier.

Top notch service with a quick turnaround to fix my Air conditioner. Thomas from A-1 came out and took great care of me explaining what he was checking and doing along the way. Gave me some great advice to help with maintenance and was able to get me back up and running within an hour. Highly recommend them and will be purchasing my new system from them when it comes time in the future.

I have a rental AC that stopped working and another with a pretty old furnace I needed inspected to make sure it worked, was clean and was safe at its age.

The tech name was Aaron. He communicated well and called me 30 minutes before he arrived. Worked well with my renters and kept them informed of any findings. Called me when the work was done to let me know causes, issues and reports of the work. Work was done in a timely manner.

Cost wise falls in the middle not the cheapest not the most expensive either. Will go to again in the future for any HVAC needs. Favorite part is excellent communication which is great when I can not be on site to meet someone.

His expertise was appreciated and A1 as a whole from scheduling to completion of service was extremely efficient and a breath of fresh air to say the least.

We recently had our air conditioner serviced by A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning. After 2 summers of it freezing up every couple hours, it now works perfectly. Their tech identified the problem quickly and fixed it. Instead of running non-stop day and night, our house is a comfortable temp without running often. Our ac compressor went out and A-1 was here the next day to fix the problem. We appreciate their hard work and they are very reliable!!

A1 was available to schedule an appointment & be on site within hours of my call. A1 tech Gerrod quickly found and resolved the issue with my AC unit & had it running in less than an hr. Great customer service!

Absolutely fantastic!! Our furnace gave out on us the day before the temperature dropped, of course. After trouble shooting and locating the part, A-1 had an extremely quick turn around and the part was already in stock to fix it!! I made a calls, the communication was excellent, and now we have heat on this cold snowy night!!! We are so grateful!! My dad was very impressed!! Thanks so much!! You guys are life savers!!!
