A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning Services

We have had A-1 service our heating and A/C systems for years and now came time to replace our furnace. From the estimate, to the office staff for pricing and scheduling, to the install, everyone was great. A very professional company to deal with and I would recommend them without hesitation!

After dealing with what could only be described as completely dishonest service from Home Service Solutions in Loveland, I called A-1 for a second opinion. Aaron Holden came out to visit my mother who was told by HSS that the heat exchanger in her furnace was cracked and was releasing CO2 above safe levels and should be red tagged (and was also leaking oil from an undisclosed location). Aaron came out to run the inspection and, after a few minutes, had determined that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this place, along with the honesty of an individual like Aaron, who spent the time discussing exactly how dangerous a situation like this could have been. He had suggested (to my embarrassment that I hadn't looked) to install carbon monoxide detectors in the home on top of their typical smoke detectors. The typical charge for a furnace inspection is $89; A-1 charged my mother nothing. Thank you to both Aaron and A-1 for your honesty, information, and insanely quick response time. We are customers for life.

I started a project for our basement finish I thought I could do myself and got in over my head so I called A1. They were more than happy to come out and fix my screw up. Super thankful for these guys don't hesitate to give them a call.

First time using this company and I had a great experience, the person who came out was Thomas. Thomas is professional, friendly, well mannered and explains things easily. I like that he called before arriving and told me he was on his way. My furnace needed a much needed tune-up.
I made a 2nd appointment with Thomas when he told me that the company also does gas fireplace tune-ups. I hadn't used my gas fire in years as could never pin down a company to come out and service it. I was told the cost up front before the appointment. My gas fire was given a good clean and service. Both systems work great now! I highly recommend A1 Heating and Thomas for giving me great customer service.

I am very pleased with my Lennox air conditioner!. The service that Hunter did was GREAT!!! He even checked on my neighbor & did a wonderful job!

Hunter and Aaron installed a complete HVAC system for my home. They were both respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in my home which is now much cooler thank to them. They are are the type of employees that represent the company well. I would highly recommend the company and these employees.

Update 2/15/2022: I will continue to rave about this company! Super fast and friendly service! They ALWAYS find the problem and have been so kind and understanding every time! The Owners are wonderful and they do a fantastic job finding wonderful employees to represent their company! I still continue to ONLY use A-1 and recommend them any chance I can get.

A-1 has always been Fantastic to do business with. We got our central A/C system installed by them and they even came out to inspect it when things weren't working right. Turns out the issue was user error but they did such an amazing job of being patient with us to explain the issue, educating us on how to better care for our system, and even made sure the entire unit was updated and running smoothly before they left. They are fast in their responses and their 24 hour service is great highly recommend A-1. We won't use anyone else!

Had a 10pm emergency call. No heat in the house!! A-1 heating was super responsive and up front with there cost. Aaron (the tech) worked as fast as he could to get the house heated up again. We where definitely more than satisfied with service and all. definitely worth every dollar.

Thomas was professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent service and I would use them again.

Our AC went out and Robbie was able to come out same-day and diagnose the issue. He was really thorough and explained everything. Sadly the manufacturer dropped the ball on the order, but A-1 was very transparent and got it taken care of. Once the part came in, Robbie was back out promptly, made the repair, and our AC is back to fighting these record-breaking temps.
