Tim and his team were great. Extremely responsive and provided easy to understand explanations of what was wrong and what options I had to fix it. Their first option wasn’t the most expensive but a good reliable insider industry name brand at a reasonable price. Along with providing great service the techs were friendly, knowledgeable and provided great advice for ways to keep my system working longer in the future. Highly recommend.

We had AC installed early summer of 2020 and had everything up in running same day. Everyone was very friendly and in no rush to quickly get out the door, which I appreciated. Literally any problem we’ve had since (typical maintenance issues in an older home) have been fixed and response time has been super fast. Everyone I’ve worked with so far has been great, knowledgeable, and never trying to upsell anything.

I had a great experience with Tim and his team when my furnace started short cycling and randomly shutting off at night. Tired of waking up to it being 53 degrees in my house, I sent out a request on Yelp to 9 businesses. Sparks was not only the first to respond, but the only one offering to come out and take a look at no cost, which they did within a couple of hours of our initial contact. After talking with Tim and the technician (and multiple other businesses that were far less responsive/helpful), I bit the bullet and scheduled a replacement of my 16 year old furnace and coil. Even though it was during the holidays, Tim checked in with me several times to make sure we were doing ok prior to the appointment (the delay was on my end). On top of this, the quote was the lowest I received. The replacement team was very professional, showed up on time with an accurate estimate of the time it would take to do the job, explained what they were doing, tested everything once it was installed, and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was satisfied and answered all of my questions before they left. They wore shoe coverings (or removed their shoes) and masks the whole time. Highly recommend this company!

After I had three quotes with HVAC companies that were either lacking knowledge about my questions, unprofessional or unresponsive, a friend recommended I contact Sparks Heating and Air. They were able to answer all my random questions about various furnace companies and best installation practices, give me a quote that day, and at a price that was significantly less than the other companies. Kipp arrived and had everything completed in the timeframe promised and even replaced a shut off valve and repaired a drainage pipe in the furnace room so everything was tidy. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Spark Heating and Air did a fantastic job replacing our AC, furnace and running new lines. They were quick and efficient from the time of scheduling to install. Will use again for all maintenance and highly recommend!

Called Sparks on a Saturday when the fire department came and turned off our heating unit due to a gas smell. After calling 6 different HVAC companies, Tim was the only one to answer the phone in person. We needed someone to come that day due to the fact that it was going to be a high of 12 degrees on Sunday and needed to be open for business. They came and determined what we needed done. They came the next day to repair our unit in 8” of snow and 12 degrees. I would highly recommend Sparks for anyone that is looking for quality work and customer service.
