Everyone at Sparks is absolutely the best! Mariana was quick to assist and respond and so attentive to our needs. The best prices in Denver by far and can’t wait to tell everyone I know about their pricing.

This company was amazing and so concerned about their customers and making sure they are taken care of. I had no heat and the temperature was 18 degrees. I had a technician to my house within 2 hours and new furnace installed within 4 hours. I could not be more happy and I would recommend this company for heating and A/C needs. A+ service. 😊

I'm a Realtor and was having a really hard time finding an HVAC company that would 1. set an appointment in the next 30 days before closing and 2. Actually show up to their set appointment. Was really hitting a wall. Thankfully, Sparks was recommended to me! Tim and Jake truly saved the day for my client, squeezing us in very quickly to do a great installation. Very happy!

These guys took such good care of us!! From the start, Tim provided us with awesome service. We had a swamp cooler previously and wanted A/C. When they came out to quote us, they also quoted us for a new furnace. We didn’t know all of it was connected (total newbies). We ended up having four companies give us quotes and Sparks had the fairest price and best quality products compared to the other companies. Tim answered so many questions that we had, too. When we pulled the trigger and got scheduled, it was maybe two days after we told Tim we were ready-they were so quick! They ran into a couple bumps during installation that they needed additional parts for, which they took care of quickly, too. We’ve had the new setup for a few weeks now and we think the air quality in our home honestly feels completely different (for the better)! I can’t recommend Sparks enough. We would definitely use them again in future homes! Thank you, Tim!!

I've had Sparks Heating and Air over to my home twice to do seasonal maintenance (in both the spring and the fall). I've experienced prompt, wonderful service and professionalism on both occasions. I appreciate that the tech (I think his name was Kipp) simply performed the maintenance service and reassured me that my system was still in good shape!

This place is pretty terrible. They've been back to my house on 7 different occasions starting back in may, it's now August. They have repeatedly failed to give any notice at all they were coming by, told my wife she looks like a 12 year old child after repeatedly asking her to call her parents(very uncomfortable interaction), left a pool of water and bits of scrap metal scattered across my basement and yard and to top it off, the AC still doesn't work.

I would definitely not recommend at all

*Update* 10 months later and the ac still hasn't worked for more than a month at a time. They've been out 3 times since, still no working ac. They had a tech leave the coolant valve open to then leak all the coolant out, the other two times their own guys mentioned how shoddy the work was being taped up and covered in epoxy.

Still not working.

We had a great experience with Sparks Heating and Air. Tim did a great job answering our questions and giving us clear and upfront explanations. He was able to schedule our install very quickly, and he had all the equipment and parts in stock when other companies were backordered. We already had quotes from 5 other businesses, and his offer beat all of them. Jr and the project team were very professional, communicative, and friendly, and they did a great job with the work. We would definitely recommend Sparks for any furnace or A/C system jobs.

The original installer needed to return several times as the work he performed was shoddy and unprofessional. I learned a few months later (when the weather turned cold) my furnace had been installed but the gas switch was not put to the “on” position (kind of important). Also learned the the gas pressure valve on the new furnace was for lower altitude units (I live at 6000 feet). The technician said he would return with an upgraded valve in a few days. It took over a month of me following up via text and phone calls to get the technician to return with the correct part. Very frustrating experience and I’m still not confident the HVAC unit and furnace were installed correctly.

I’m questioning my service warranty as Tim had sold me on a 10-yr warranty with the A/C. Neither he or his team has been able to produce any warranty documents for me to hold with regard to my purchase after a half dozen requests. The unit appears new and works. Response, quote, and installation were quick. Prices were very fair. But I hope that doesn’t come at a cost when this unit breaks down and I have no warranty filed with the manufacturer...

I had an AC installed in my house that previously did not have one. I got multiple bids and Sparks Heating and Air had the best price. Great customer service! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
