I highly recommend Sparks Heating and Air! They were able to come out within a day or two and evaluate, recieved quote same day and unfortunately I had to get a new ac/heater unit as mine was 24 years old. Best pricing and they were able to install within 4 days and that included the weekend! Highly recommend.

I took eight quotes to replace a 20 year old a/c unit that quit working last fall. We knew the second a/c unit wasn't going to last much longer because it was just as old. The quote received from Sparks was so much lower than other companies (that were referred to us by friends) that we thought we must be missing something on the quote, or that the price might be low-balled to get the work, only to get hit with extra work later. Neither were true. When talking with Tim, he explained the company's philosophy and a few of the ways they're able to save money and pass it along. He was very clear in explaining all the different paths we could choose from and listed the pros and cons to each. The help he gave to assist us with our decision tree was invaluable. There were many things we didn't even know to ask or think about. He didn't try to sell us something we weren't interested in and gave recommendations based on our input, and even explained how other avenues would fit for different circumstances. Between the price and the customer service, we hired Sparks to install two a/c and heater units. The techs called the day of scheduled installation to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very respectful of our home and put shoe-covering booties on while in the house. The techs were great. I'm sure I slowed them down a bit but they were very patient with me and answered every question I had about the install. After installation they walked me through the new units and cleaned up after themselves.
I could not say enough good things about my experience with Sparks. Do yourself a favor and have them quote your work.

I have used Sparks Heating and Air and they have always been fantastic. Mariana is on top of getting a technician out as soon as possible and every technician that has come to our house has been great. They don't try to sell you things I don't actually need and are very transparent about their pricing. I recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced or replaced!

This started out well with a quick response to my request for service from Sparks. It was downhill after that. The tech that came out didn’t have the tools he needed, guessed about everything that was wrong but, wasn’t sure about any of it. Googled things while he was onsite to figure out what was wrong. Got on a call with tech support and didn’t know how to check the power issues we were having, tech support was very frustrated with him. After 2 hours, he finally left and said he’d come back later with the appropriate tools. He “guessed” it was a blown capacitor, out of Freon (Freon was full), massive leak that would require a brand new unit (again, Freon was full), power issue and blown circuit board. None of which he could verify. My husband called the owner Tim, asked for another tech to come out with possibly more experience with our unit. Tim didn’t see the unit, didn’t work on it, has no idea what’s wrong with it and just wanted to upsell us on a brand new unit instead. I wouldn’t recommend this company nor use them again. Very unprofessional and Tim just wants to sell you a brand new unit. Pretty disappointed and a waste of 2 hours of our time.

While the service tech was waiting for a call back on the AC unit, he did fix the fan for our heater upstairs and the company did not bill us for that, which was very kind.

Tim, the owner, has been responsive to emails and this review and clarified a few things for us. This wasn’t handled the way I would have liked for it to be but, he has been responsive so I will update this review accordingly.

Wow! I am so impressed. I asked in a Facebook group for recommendations to get my furnace looked at. I had a really bad experience with the last company. Tim Sparks reached out to me directly and was able to get me on the schedule very quickly. The person that came was so kind, explained and showed me everything, and did a really great job of making sure everything was okay with my unit. He was so kind and patient. They made the whole experience very easy and as pleasant as possible. They have earned a customer for life. I will gladly make a referral for this company any time. I was paying ~280$/month for my AC in the summer, except I live in a 875sqft condo which made no sense. I contacted Mariana at Sparks and they sent out a really helpful tech who figured out the problem in less than an hour, was immediately able to fix it on site, and charged me 5x LESS than what I was expecting to pay. Now my bill is 30$/ month, it's absolutely amazing. I would recommend their prices and services to literally everyone I know.

Excellent customer service. Very professional staff. They got to my house on time; they were respectful at all times and kept me informed about everything they were doing. They worked very clean (wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves).
