Kipp came out to replace my old A/C and furnace and he’s a very cool guy and very professional. After the installation everything worked flawlessly but I had requested that a couple things get adjusted a little and a couple minor tweaks nothing major. He came back out with a positive attitude and was happy with to make the adjustments. They also provide a 10 year warranty on their newly installed units which is awesome. Over all a great company to use and very pleased with their work and response to customer needs/requests. 10/10 recommended, I’ve already referred them to my brother.

I have been looking for someone to come out and service my AC and Furnace, as a contact I had doesn't come out this far (I am in SE Aurora). Sparks Heating and Air was recommended to me, and they were absolutely outstanding! Tim was timely with responding via email, I was able to have service the next day, and the technician was great. I will definitely be using them again for additional service or future needs!!

Tim and his team were fantastic to work with. After receiving incredibly expensive bids from other big name competitors, Tim gave us a very affordable price that did not change. They were even able to replace our furnace same day on a Sunday! We've had the new furnace in place for a week and could not be happier. If youre looking for HVAC services in the area look no further. I had broken my furnace trying to change thermostats and had another company come out first and was quoted $1200 for repair saying 2 control boards were needing replacement. Had Sparks come out for a second quote and all that needed to be done was replace a fuse on the furnace control board. Took the guy only a few minutes and he helped be get the new thermostat setup as well for basically nothing. Super grateful for their service, if i need any HVAC maintenance or replacements in the future I know where ill be going.

I worked with Tim at Sparks Heating and Air back in August for my rental house. Because of Covid, I hadn't gotten out to the house until May when my tenants were leaving, hence the delayed review. I had my Furnace and A/C replaced. Tim was the only one that was able to get me scheduled in within a week and his price and warranty were top notch. He coordinated directly with me and made the install seamless for the tenants. I'll be recommending Sparks to my family members and using them in the future.

The AC unit on our house went out - of course at the hottest time of the year! Tim and Sparks Heating did an amazing job for us replacing the unit! Even at this time of pandemic and supply shortages on just about everything these days, Tim scrambled and found a fantastic unit as well as met the initial deadline discussed.

Tim was very responsive and his follow-up was superb. I was out of town but knew when he and the team arrived for the install, and also when the job was completed!

The Sparks Team were amazing!! Our furnace went out and they were so responsive. Not only did they get us a new furnace in record time it was also at a great price. The entire team we interacted with were wonderful. I can’t recommend them enough!

Tim from Sparks was nothing less than the most professional and hard working gentleman I’ve ever met. Our AC had been out for about 2 weeks and he took an emergency work order for our AC. We were being told it was gonna be about 2 to 3 weeks by every company under the sun and then came in this super hero. He got the parts in about a week and came that same day to install. Him and his guys were extremely professional and got the job done in less than 2 hours. My house went from 85 degrees every night to 70 crisp degrees now and I’ve never been more impressed
