$65 trip charge + $152/hr for them to fix what they installed only 4 yrs ago ($30 trip, $123/hr then), insane pricing. I declined, won't ever be using them again.

Normally we are customers of them but when I called they didn't have the services that we need and the lady who answered the phone she was so rude about it. I never had issues before but if she keep working there she need some manners.
