    Just wanted to leave my personal experience I had with your company Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating. I am a renter in University Hills who had authority from my landlord to call and set appointment with BSP&H to diagnose our furnace. I confirmed immediately they had my landlords name & number so he could authorize the repair. I also advised her that I (tenant) would be covering any charges. They came out Thursday to check furnace they diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. I was advised that day (by the receptionist) over the phone the service trip fee would be around $200 then extra for whatever parts may be needed. I didn’t hear from your company again until Tuesday (when my wife & I called), receptionist said they obtained the part for the furnace and would install Wednesday. They Came out, installed the part Wednesday. They then had to return again Friday because furnace still wasn’t functioning properly. So now there was another appointment set for Friday. (THE FOURTH TIME)! The receptionist was giving me a hard time about disclosing what charges/bill they just sent over to my landlord even after I advised them on the first call that I would handle the billing! I’m just making sure your company if not getting over on my landlord. I now believe your tech misdiagnosed the issue to begin with. Two different men arrived Friday. They found something wrong that was completely different then the alleged issue with the circuit board. They said it was the actual (old analog thermostat) not reading the temp correctly, he wasn’t sure what exactly was wrong with the circuit board since he wasn’t the rep that came out to diagnose. Funny, first rep who diagnosed bad circuit board didn’t say anything about the old analog thermostat?? I then called back once they left and everything was finally functioning properly, asked for Roy Yehle and the secretary placed me on hold, she returned to the line and said he was on the phone and she took my name and number said he would return the call today in reference to my concern, he has yet to return my call, it’s now 6 days later. If you can’t even return my call to prove to me the services you performed were in fact necessary, there’s something wrong here. Sorry, my landlord and I won’t be using this company any longer.     Update, Roy finally returned my call after my negative Google review. And Gave us a discount for inconvenience. Still the Bill was almost $1000! I still did not get a breakdown of all of the charges only an addendum that showed the discount, Roy still did not prove to me that the circuit board was in fact bad. He tried... Again we will not be using this company anymore.

    Reliable and fair. I have been using Bill Smith Plumbing for almost 20 years and have been pleased every step of the way. Prior to finding them, I went through several companies that did very little, never had the parts with them (charged for going to get them), and overcharged for what little work they did. You can rely on Bill Smith Plumbing to know what is wrong, fix it and treat you fairly. Can't say enough good things about them. The only bad thing (for me not for them) is they are so good they stay busy, so call when you first see a problem and get them scheduled.

    The nice lady in the office was amazing and very helpful. We needed a value replaced after a home inspector knocked it off. They were the quickest to respond to our “none emergency” that others plumbers didn’t feel like was a necessary same day fix.

    I called this company for a simple air duct cleaning. It took two months for them to come out to do a quote. Once here, the technician was here for an hour and a half measuring my vents. He said he would email me by the end of the week with an estimate. After one month, and no estimate, I called to let them know I had not received anything. The secretary assured me that she would get back to me with the estimate. No phone call. A month after that I called again to get my estimate. The secretary assured me again that she would call me back. No phone call. Now three months later I have given up on this company. Very disorganized, unresponsive.

    Fast friendly and not super expensive! We found our new regular plumbers! Just needed help fixing a sink and fixture but Mike had it up, running and leak free in no time!

    Wow on 11-20-19 called BS to replace a kitchen faucet told they would be out between 10:00&12:00 the next day no show called at 1:00 they came out around 4:30 DIDN'T have a faucet with them took A picture of it& left next day Never heard from them called told they would have to order one couldn't give us a price till they got it. on the 23rd I went to home depot bought. one installed it and. On 12-3 they claimed to come out to do the work evevthough this was canceled we now owe BS One Hundred and 3 dollars for the picture they took,won't make that mistake againcanceled appointment

    I originally called because the dishwasher was leaking into the basement. I didn’t know if it was the plumbing or the dishwasher. I had to wait over a week for the appliance repair people and the plumber. The appliance person arrived first and the dishwasher was leaking. However, my main drain started running slow a couple of days ago. I was glad I had the plumber scheduled. HOWEVER, he told me that they don’t do drains. The side of the van and the side of the van says that they do drains. I am very disappointed and do not intend to use them again.

    Stopped in to ask a few questions about an unusual water heater in my commercial building. Fully expected them to send a service rep, which was fine, but instead Roy and his staff researched wiring diagrams, pulled parts to compare and finally drew me a diagram to help me fix my situation, all without charging me a penny!
    While I hesitate to tell everyone to seek free help from them, they showed that old fashioned customer service
    still exists! Well done guys!
