    We have a brand new shower that was installed in October last year and we have been trying to contact somebody in this office to come fix the issue of excessive leaking out of the shower door down to our basement. This is covered under warranty and we have not been able to use this shower for months now. Our case manager has sent numerous emails to this office and nobody has called us back. I have left messages. Still nothing. PLEASE contact us.

    I wanted to let you know of how I feel disrespected:

    1. I was asked if 8:30am on Sunday 10/15 was okay. I said it would be fine.
    They showed up @ 8:45am and didn’t get started until after 9am.

    I have traveled down to Denver on numerous different Sunday mornings starting from Denver around 8:30am. Traffic was a cake walk (very little traffic).
    So, why did they not start earlier to get started @ 8:30?

    2. They had to go to get supplies @ 10:30am. I was told by the lady it would be 30 minutes. They came back @ 11:30am.

    3. I had to leave @ 3pm. It seemed that towards the end feet were dragging. Understandable.

    Yet I said I needed to leave @ 3pm for a job, I meant I had to leave. I felt totally directed by not adhering to time guidelines.

    If they got here on time, only gone for 30 minutes, they would’ve been done by 2:30pm.

    They got done @ 3:30pm and I had to kick them out.

    I was extremely late for work. I abhor being late. Also, the less I work the less pay I have.

    Thus I have fewer resources than before.

    Had new furnace installed. All people from the salesman who came to the house to measure and explain the different types of furnaces to the installers were very much professionals. They were friendly and courteous.

    The installers knew what they were doing and did a very professional job from start to finish. The breakdown was between the sales person and front office. Confusion as to what was suppose to happen with the order. I must say they did rectify the pronlem after several phone calls and complaining to the right person.

    Mixed. The measurements for the sinks were wrong so what should have been completed in six weeks took three months to complete. The workmen did a fine job so when the remodeling was completed we were pleased.

    Prompt & courteous service! Sears did an amazing job on removing carpet and placing new flooring in a bedroom and bathroom. Totally worth the investment!
