I had my furnace gas control valve replaced. Zach was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Definitely taping his business card to the front of the furnace. Jim is a great business owner. He called me on his cell for the model number, I sent him pictures, and he called the manufacturer for me and found out that I was still under warranty. Saved me a bunch of money, stress, and that uncomfortable feeling of calling when I really don't know what I m talking about. ☆☆☆☆☆

My wife and I were pleased by the both the professionalism and the genuine personal attention given to us by JC Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning. Specifically, Nixon was wonderful to work with and honest with his assessment of our problem and the quote to fix it was very fair. The installers, Zach and Steven were prompt, efficient and extremely courteous. We couldn't have had a better experience.

They fixed what another big name company missed. Had an issue with my external unit freezing up, called JC and they had Nixon out the same day! Very knowledgeable and professional tech took care of us. Will not go anywhere else for future services

Bronson inspected our old AC unit and gave us options for getting it up and running. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. In fact, our entire experience with JC Mechanical was professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them!

Our A/C went out, called on Saturday morning to schedule a technician and was put on the schedule the same day. The tech was very polite and quick to find the issues while making the repairs on the A/C unit and did some additional testing.
The price was reasonable and they did not try to up sell.

JC is a very reputable company have used them multiple times. Had issue with water heater call them and Jimmy came out next day. He used his expertise to determine issue and fixed problem. No parts where needed and just charged for service call. In a world where so many people rip off and take advantage of people it gives piece of mind that Jimmy and his company are fare on honest people.

Easily the best company we’ve ever hired for anything. From the first time I called (just before 5pm), every single employee I encountered provided top notch customer service. Dixie & Faith were both very personable and helpful on the phone. I also ended up speaking with Jim, the owner, who was amazing. He made himself available to assist us after hours and was very knowledgeable, patient & reliable. He genuinely cared about trying to get our furnace fixed as quickly as possible. (And that was all before anyone had even walked in my front door.) Then Nixon, the Operations Manager, arrived promptly to assess my furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very respectful, communicative, honest & thorough. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to us & provided an honest and reasonable quote. Upon approval, he quickly got the part & repaired it. At no point did Nixon seem even a little bothered by the fact that it was 6pm on a Friday. He patiently answered a couple questions and didn’t try to oversell us anything. I am beyond satisfied with every single interaction we had with JC Mechanical. I cannot recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars for the best customer service we’ve ever encountered. The incredibly knowledgeable staff & affordable pricing were simply the icing on top. They’ve earned a customer for life. And I will sing their praises anytime I ever hear someone looking for an HVAC contractor. Top notch across the board! Stop searching & hire them immediately.

On the coldest day of this year my furnace broke down. It was late night and I tried 7-9 companies to get emergency service and this was only one that came through. Turns out my furnace actually needs replaced. First thing next morning Zach and Nixon installed new furnace. Courteous, answered all my questions in detail and didn't look like they cut any corners. These guys looked into all my concerns and tried to resolve all.

We needed furnace diagnostic/repair on a Sunday (mid-winter). JC Mechanical was the only one of many who was able to come same day. Bronson came out- right on time, diagnosed the problem and got our furnace running very quickly. He did a great job, was professional, and offered some great tips on maintaining our system. Highly recommend, from now on they will be our go to HVAC service company.

Nixon came out to service my AC and Furnace unit. I was told previously by another heating and air company that it would take $1300.00 to clean the unit and to get it to work again I thought umm very expensive. Second opinion...That is why I went to Google reviews and found JC Mechanical their was alot of positive feed back.Nixon advised that all I had to do is replace the filter with a thinner filter to get better air flow so it would quit freezing and the problem was solved. So JC/ Nixon saved me $1300.00 for a very very expensive un-needed repair. He also explained my air flow issues, and tested the ducts to insure the proper air flow of the intake and out take into our house. Nixon was very punctual and was very respectful and even had a great sence of humor. I felt like a part of the JC family and I was not not robbed by lack of knowledge. I would recommend JC for all your Heating and Hvac needs.
