JC Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace quit working last night, and the service technician Nixon III, who was scheduled between 12 and 2, ended up coming by around 11am. He was extremely professional, polite, and fast - thankfully our issue was simply that the flame igniter sensor needed cleaning, and he was in and out in less than 20 minutes. He was upfront and honest about the issue, and very friendly and patient with us and our questions. We plan on calling JC Mechanical again when it’s time to clean our furnace ducts, and have stuck Nixon’s card on our refrigerator in case something else happens this winter. Excellent service, and we are so thankful!

I've had JC Mechanical help me with HVAC issues about three times now and have always been happy with their work. Most recently, Bronson, Zach, and Chris helped me re-route a furnace exhaust while I was having masonry work done. They got the job done quickly, in coordination with the masons, and did a fine job.

Had contacted JC Mechanical to inspect our Rheem furnace that's only 5 years old that keeps overheating and resetting, after seeing great reviews on Google and Nextdoor. This unit was previously installed by ARS as part of a full HVAC overhaul back in May 2017 and have had numerous issues since then. The installation was poorly done by ARS and every time they've returned to repair the furnace, it's made the problem either worse or it gets blamed on the previous tech, so we decided to move on away from them. Bronson came out and was able to identify the issue and cause for the overheating/resetting and options for how to best address the situation given the limited space. He was knowledgeable, professional and even came earlier than the 2 hour time window provided. We really appreciate JC Mechanical understanding our situation and needs and look forward to working with them in resolving the issues with our furnace so that it can function properly. Thank you!!

JC Mechanical employees were very professional in replacing my gas furnace. My old furnace shut down one cold night and the employees were able to do a quality job in replacing it the next day. They were knowledgeable about installing the new furnace, friendly in response to my questions, careful not to damage anything, and efficient in getting the job done.

Furnace, on time, kept the work area clean, very professional. Had issue with condensate pump 2nd day after install, call JC Mechanical, tech showed up in the afternoon, got it working (think it may be a stuck float valve) . Everything working good now. Likely use again for AC replacement later.

The team (Bronson, Zach, Nixon) were all very professional, quiet and friendly. Unlike many contractors who bring in their radios and blast you in your own home. Had another great experience with JC Mechanical and their tech, Bronson, today. I had a preventative maintenance contract that recently expired without me using all of the tune-ups, but JC Mechanical honored the agreement still. I will be signing up for another contract soon!
