Great service. They could get me in on a short noticed and showed up on time. Would highly recommend JC Mechanical.

The things JC Mechanical did that I think made them stand out compared to other contractors:

1. On both occasions when we worked with Bronson and Jeremiah, they called me an hour ahead of their scheduled service window and offered for them to come earlier if it helped me.

2. After they installed the furnace, it was louder than we expected, and we called to ask about that. They came out free of charge and, although the issue wasn't with the furnace they installed (old duct system), they stayed to offer advice on what to do.

3. Despite not charging us for the second trip out, Bronson and Jeremiah strongly encouraged us to call if their suggestions didn't fix the issue, and they would brainstorm other ideas with us.

I've had JC Mechanical at my house a couple times, and they are so nice, efficient and all-around a pleasure to work with.

JC Mechanical was great to work with, very responsive, got the job done fast, and carefully explained everything to me in detail.

We needed to get a better understanding of the ventilation in our crawl space, and we also noticed a loud noise which might have been related to a fan in our crawl space, or something to do with our fireplace in the basement above the crawl space, but we weren't sure.

Bronson from JC went into our crawl space, and figured out what was going down there in terms of ducts, fans, humidistats, confirmed everything was operational and that this was not the source of the noise. This was still very useful knowledge for us for our future crawl space encapsulation projects.

They determined the noise was coming from the fireplace blower which had stopped working. We hired Bronson to replace this, which they did extremely fast, I was very impressed. Now we have a new blower, it's much quieter, and makes the basement warmer.

We will definitely work with JC Mechanical and their technician Bronson Kindley for our future HVAC needs!

Excellent install of Furnace, AC, Water Heater, even the city inspector was impressed with complete work. My only frustration was with the City of Castle Rock requiring more permits for AC and WH and minor sediment trap and AC caps that I consider unnecessary. JC Mechanical is the BEST! Harold Britton

Zach and Bronson repaired a blower motor on my heating system. Did a great job. Highly recommend.

Called in the afternoon and they came out next morning. Fixed my AC unit pretty quick and charge was more than reasonable.
