They were extremely oriented towards customer service. When I called for an appointment, they apologized when they were only three days out in the first warm weather of summer. They kept me informed of complications with scheduling that were due to weather, and were very solutions-focused.

Have worked with them for years, consistently solid experience. Anytime any issues have come up with systems (not thru their fault, but unique to our house) they have helped get us back on track right away. Recommend!

I've been using Custom HPACES for probably 10 years for swamp cooler and furnace needs. They are always amazing - punctual, informative, they suggest things that help to prevent issues in the future, affordable, competent, professional, okay with dogs, etc. They are all good, helpful, competent people!

Custom HPACES is really great. I would recommend them many times over to anyone. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been beyond kind. Before having a new furnace installed this past winter, I got quotes from 6 different companies in town. Custom was not the cheapest (they also weren't the most expensive by far), but they offered the very best in quality and service. I've never once regretted my decision.

Pat and Brian worked so hard putting piping and wiring around the trim of our house. They were able to hook up heaters and shades on our patio too. They spent 2 days in the heat, working late to get the job done, and even came on short notice to install everything before our scheduled house painting. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work that they did. It looks great and will be a nice space to hang out with friends and family! I wanted the ceiling fan repaired but after speaking with Brian decided to have a new fan installed. He not only installed the fan, he brought it up to code (which apparently it was not) and took the old fan away. He was prompt, professional, and an all around good guy. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.
