Dwane(the owner) showed up on time to service my AC and informed me that my house was not designed for an AC and recommended a swamp cooler. He helped me with the rebate from Home Depot and installed it in a timely manner. My house finally cooled off in the summer after two long summers of unbearable heat and high Excel bills. Very knowledgeable and punctual. Highly recommend this company!

Our furnace of 30 years finally hit its last puff of heat and we needed an entire new heating system and decided to add AC to the house. Custom HPACES was the best estimate and timeframe so we chose them for the job. Super glad we did!! The crew showed up on time, very respectful and pleasant. They walked through the entire job with us before starting so we knew exactly what the plan was and were prepared for the noise/need to turn off power etc., and they were very patient with our questions along the way!! Had a permanent gas line installed to feed our BBQ grill. Something was wrong with a flat washer in the outside fitting so it was leaking. Third time's a charm but the tech finally figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Thanks for the persistence!

Furnace likely was tripped off due to a leaking humidifier from a gunked up drain tube. I had this serviced last December 2020 (same issue). Very responsive company over a holiday weekend calling me back to schedule a service after the weekend.
But, rather than “cleaning” the 7 inch clear tube that is 7 years old with a screwdriver and it seems prone to clogging, why just not replace it? A bit pricey to do an annual check and clean a drain tube.

After trying a half dozen HVAC providers over the last 20 years I landed on Custom Heating. I've been using them for 7 years now and am very happy with them. They've replaced both boilers and forced hot air heating systems for me and they service my heating systems regularly (I've needed no repairs on anything they've replaced - service is just regular maintenance).

The whole business is friendly professional, and responsive. From initial contact to follow up, I haven't had a single concern. Will call them for any future needs.

Less than one year old cooler had a loose pulley. Tech fixed pulley and system works fine. Great job.
