I am very happy with the service from Custom HPACES. Five years ago they installed a new furnace in my home and everything has been great. In 2021, I reached out to them again to replace my Evaporative Cooler and they made the experience seamless. They were on time, made great recommendations, professional, efficient and extremely friendly. They lived up to their word on everything. I have used a lot of similar services in the past from other companies ... hands down Custom HPACES is by far the best. Thank you to their team!

I wanted to wait until we had a hot weekend before leaving my review. Happy to report our house is completely cool now. Dwayne and his team did a fantastic job for us. They were very attentive to our needs, respectful of our home, and most importantly FIXED our issues.

Custom did a good job of starting up our swamp cooler. The technician was friendly, efficient, on time, and answered all of my questions. He also wore his mask to protect us from Covid. Although we are fully vaccinated, his courtesy was nevertheless appreciated. Overall, another very positive and professional job from the people at Custom. I have recommended them to my friends and will do so again in the future.

I was referred to Custom by a friend, am very glad he did. Dwayne and his crew are all very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. I hired them to install a water heater, furnace and AC. Very happy with the system and the techs. The tech was out yesterday (I do not remember his name, apologies) to charge the AC for the season. Nice guy, knows his work. I highly recommend Custom to anyone needing any type of work they offer, and I have to friends, neighbors and on Nextdoor.

Dwane (the owner) was awesome to work with on our project! We had to install a whole new heating system in our 1915 home, so not an easy job. Everyone that was here for the week was respectful of our home, worked early until late each day, came back multiple times to do adjustments and had great attitudes. Scheduling was a breeze with Brandy. They also made sure we had space heaters before project started, which we greatly appreciated! We would highly recommended HPACES!

Dwayne was amazing! He was prompt, professional, competent and fair priced! Our furnace was leaking and needed the fan replaced. He did an awesome job. We definitely will use Custom heating again. Thank you!

We have been using Custom HPACES for a couple years now for our swamp cooler services. Every single technician that has come out to help has been professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue using them for all of our heating/cooling needs!

After he told me what was wrong with my AC I asked him to replace my AC because they could not repair it. He said he will ask his boss if he can find a new AC to replace mine that this repair man said they cannot repair. I ask him for an estimate of how much a new AC will cost & he said about &3,000 to $4,000. I told him I can afford to pay the price of a new AC.
He said his company will contact me as soon as possible re; replacing my AC.
