Shady! I purchased a product from their website. It didn't match what I received at all. The support person and the manager told me I should have contacted their technical support if I had a question. What? I need to contact tech support when I want to order from your website? They said Grainger doesn't go off the pictures on their website. I told them that their customers do when there is no description. They basically said tough. You need to pay to ship it back. Guess I'll go back to other online shippers that take some responsibility for what they are selling and how they are selling it.

I cannot say enough about the efforts I received from Tyler to get us the last minute 125 boxes we needed for a Thanksgivng basket giveaway. From searching other locations to bringing out a few different sizes to compare, he was so efficient, patient and welcoming. When I came to pick my purchase up the following day, he was rolling the cart out to me before I could get out my car. Customer service is alive and well and it can be found at Grainger.

Don't like the drive-thru cop-out from any supplier. Not a buyer of the we're keeping people safe story. I'm at the gas station, grocery store and Walmart every day for my other work supplies. Seems like its been figured out...

I had a great experience at this store and will return in the future.
I like to repair my own things (whenever possible), and I had a large/commercial exhaust fan motor that failed at our business. Unfortunately, all of the identification labels on the motor were gone, and I didn't know what kind of motor I needed to order. First, I visited a large HVAC parts supply store in downtown Denver. They dismissed me immediately (because they don't sell to the "public"). Next, I tried a local HVAC parts supply store, but they couldn't identify the type of motor I needed (even though I brought the old motor with me). Finally, I stopped at Grainger (with little hope...). I was greeted immediately by the friendly salesperson. He took one look at the motor and knew exactly what I needed. Looked in up in the catalog (in about 3 mins), and brought out a new motor. I was on my way in 10 mins with a replacement motor. Boom!

Just talked to an inside sales rep named Tom about some valve systems, and it was rough. He had no knowledge of the products, wouldn't help me find some answers, and I walked out frustrated. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this store is rough.

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. I’ve been here countless times to pick stuff up for various customers (I’m a field technician) and I always need stuff from the people who cater to the “ones who get it done” If only that motto were true here, they never have what I need stocked. Fuses? Sorry we don’t carry that. Bolts? 3 days out. Washers? Head down to our Tejon location. My company has lost a lot of money dealing with unnessary travel times going to different stores that pick stuff up that grainger carries (just never at this location). The staff is always extremely helpful at telling me what othe stores in this area carries the desired product. I spoke with other customers and they also have similar issues as me, I would highly recommend to avoid this location if saving time is in your best interest.
