I am proud to be in Colorado where small businesses are the backbone of our state. As a homeowner finding trustworthy and dependable people can be an intimidating task. We wanted to put air conditioning in our home but the quotes that we were receiving were out of our budget and the idea of air became somewhat of a dream. As each summer came and went it was apparent that we needed to find a way. I am so grateful that I found Ben Chavez at Upslope Heating and Cooling. Not only is he a neighbor but he defines the true meaning of a small business that is a part of the community. Dependable, honest, respectful, and hardworking are only a few words I can use to describe Ben. He went above and beyond in every situation of the installation and his service was second to none.

This was a good experience with an HVAC service provider. Alex Quintana was friendly and comprehensive in his work. He and his young helper, Braxton, worked hard to complete a clean and check for our equipment. I will call on this company again. KB

We have an LG wall unit, we called for service on a saturday because we were all in the office for a meeting and it was something that needed to be done. The office staff was great, she told us they could come out same day and we were surprised and happy. However when the tech got there, he was Unhelpful, and clearly didn't want to be there on a saturday. We know this not only by his lack of interest in helping solve the issue, but he literally kept saying "well it is saturday" at least 5 times during his visit. He then told my office staff if they couldn't print the manual out for the unit there wasn't really anything he could do. He only looked at the unit for a short amount of time and shrugged the entire thing off because it was saturday. Had we known this was going to be an issue we would have gladly set up a time during the week for a consult. We paid the service call of 129.00 despite the techs lack of knowledge on the unit, and interest in solving our problem and waited for he call about next steps to resolve the issue. He called us later that week and told us our unit was completely out of coolant, was poorly installed, improperly maintained and had major leak issues that he would require him gaining access to other units in our building to fix. Gave us a quote of 1,000.00 to 1,500.00 possibly more. I was shocked that he knew all of this by standing in front of the unit for a few minutes taking a walk around the building and then asking for a print out of the manual. I contacted another company, we had to wait 3 days for them to come which was fine. When they got there did the diagnosis of the system and the repair, they found NO issues with the install, said that the unit was behind on mainantace ( our fault we should have had someone out sooner ), the unit was LOW on coolant not empty we only needed 3LBS, and there was a small leak at the coopler ( i may be saying that wrong) which was easily fixable by tightening the fittings the came loose. They did not need to access any other unit in the building and had our ac up and running the same day for less than 600.00. I would recommend if you have this company out you call another for a 2nd option before moving forward.************* UPDATE ************ We have since discovered the name of the tech, his name was Ben Chaves, we did not find this out because upslope contacted our office to rectify the situation instead they instead went to our google page and gave us a fake bad review as a fake customer. I would not use this company for service instead of standing behind there company they will attack yours. We have yet to receive a professional response to our review, the only response we have gotten was this fake review.

3 months later we got a response to our review that was complete false, we the unit was installed over a year before contacting this company and we do not have a dispatcher named Karen at all.

Very happy to find Ben. Thorough, professional and a neighbor as well! He went above and beyond to explain how the system worked and how to optimize its performance. He even found an additional filter that we didn't know existed that looked like a furry animal before he switched it out. Can't recommend Ben and Upslope HVAC enough!

Just when you need help because your furnace is on the blink... customer service does still exist! An Upslope Tech came the same day!!!!!

I highly recommend Upslope for your regular maintenance as well as when you are very much in need!

These guys are the best! Our heat stopped working unexpectedly in the middle of the night and when we called Upslope on a Sunday, they came over, diagnosed the problem, implemented a temporary solution, explained the problem very clearly and got us in as soon as possible to come back and fix our system! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced and are extremely knowledgable! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

He and his technicians diagnose the problem , locate the most reasonable place for parts, installs them, ensures the problem is corrected and provides a long term plan to prevent the problem from occuring again!!!

From start to finish A+! I will call no one else. Ben diagnosed the issue, looked through entire system, and gave me options. Took the time to explain and show me the issues. Also took the time to show me how to avoid future issues. Ben and his guys had a plan when they walked in the door, impressive. No, ahhh got to go back to the shop, no i need to come back tomorrow. They cleaned up their work area, and were friendly with my family. Honestly will recommend to everyone I know and will use no other company.
