Mr. Chavez the owner personally came out on a Sunday to do an emergency repair for my Mother. He was not only very professional but also extremely compassionate about our situation. He wouldn’t leave until the job was 100% completed and personally went and got additional supplies required. I fully recommend this company to anyone and will promote to family and friends.

Our Furnace was not working well and making a noise. We called Upslope Heating and Cooling off a referral from a neighbor and was happy we did. We met with Ben Chavez and he was very informative. He gave us 2 options on our 20+ year old furnace to either repair or replace. They were not pushy and really made us more informed on our equipment. We ended up replacing as that was a more cost effective, longer lasting option. The work was done timely, clean, and at a price that was well below another place we called asking on replacements.
It was a great experience and we will recommend Upslope to our family. and friends. They also cleaned and was able to get our A/C up and running for the upcoming summer...

I recently purchased a new air conditioner from Upslope. Their staff was professional, clean, and showed up on time. Ben did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process and explaining peripheral tasks that should also be completed to help maintain a healthy HVAC. The installation process went extremely smoothly....I didn't even have to be in town! I really appreciated that. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely recommend Upslope to anyone looking for HVAC services. Money well spent.

The guys at upslope were incredibly helpful and informative, and took the time to educate me about my ancient swamp cooler. They did a great job cleaning it and it works now! They also inspected our furnace and replaced it's air filter even though they didn't have to. We hope we can hire them again for a job soon!

Upslope did a great job repairing my old leaking ducts and replacing the exhaust vent out the roof. They also balanced the airflow with some baffling to get my living space more evenly heated and cooled. The house is more comfortable now and I don't have to worry about carbon monoxide leaking in the attic. Ben and Dylan were on time, friendly, and fully explained all the issues and work. I reached out to the owner of Upslope Heating and Cooling, Ben Chavez, to have a whole house humidifier and Wi-Fi thermostat installed. He came highly recommended by the gentleman that installed the hardwood flooring in my house and now I know why. Ben was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job on the installation and thoroughly explained how the system worked with the newly added upgrades. Great service all around!
