UPDATE: Jan, 2021. We had Ben, Dillon, and Alex come out to install upstairs faucets and replace old plumbing under the sinks, then do work on our kitchen sink including installing a touchless faucet. Why do we keep using them? Read below and you'll see why. They are fantastic.

Two years now after we worked with Ben and his team to have them install a heat pump and furnace combo on our home, we are ecstatic. Since the heat pump and furnace combo work so well with our solar panels, we receive checks in the mail from Xcel Energy. That's right, we receive checks from our utility company. So if you are interested in the SERVICE aspect of your new furnace or air conditioner, Upslope sets the standard. Ben and Dylan recently came out, cleaned our system, made a few recommendations, consulted with us on a few questions, and were prompt and professional. They are reasonably priced, have kept our investment in top notch shape, and honestly are just good people. As for the install, we interviewed 5 or so contractors before choosing Upslope. Ben listened to us and worked with us to put together a heating and cooling system to maximize the utility from our solar panels. He oversaw his crew and showed up on-site to work and inspect the final install numerous times. We didn't feel "sold." We felt satisfied. Rather than simply "selling" us and then sending out a whole different crew for the install, he and his team showed up to do the work and didn't let our rather large family distract them. They take their time, make sure we all understand how the system works and how to configure it, and were flexible enough to work around our busy schedules. The value of what they provide goes beyond price, yet the total cost was still within the range we expected. It still is important to get lots of quotes because you learn something different from each of them. You'll feel more educated and empowered by having different pieces of info from which to make your decision. Just choose Upslope in the end. Smartest thing you can do!

I sort of had a unique situation, but very satisfied with the service on my unit. Someone was able to fit me into their schedule and show up quickly to get my furnace back up and running just in time for me to have heat before it snowed. Paid for after-hours service but it was worth it.

Update: had to call Upslope again to fix my furnace and nothing but pleased with my service. They were very accommodating and were willing to work with my schedule and replaced the part very efficiently.

Ben and his team were amazing. They were on time, professional, and everything runs great. Ben checked in to make sure we were still running well a few weeks after install which was unexpected, but welcomed. Couldn’t be happier with our new hvac system.

Ben, Alex, and Dillon bailed us out from a cold house in the middle of the holiday season. I called several places that said they would put me on a waitlist and schedule for weeks out. Ben called me right away and got me a new furnace installed within 48 hrs of us calling him. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right the first time. They did a very thorough inspection of the entire house to maximize our safety and efficiency of our HVAC system. Thanks, guys, I'll be recommending you to anyone looking for HVAC services!

Ben Chavez is the most thorough and knowledgeable contractor we have ever encountered. He ensured personally that the work was done perfectly, even with referrals for work outside his scope. We have a very old furnace that has been on its way out for sometime now. Ben has been very helpful in the past to help replace a faulty igniter. For the past week our furnace has been making aweful mechanical noises, and though the heat still moved through our home, my concern grew as the noise got worse. Friday, the heat stopped completely and one of the motors just made a loud whining noise. So I shut the system off and called Upslope on Saturday. Ben was happy to help and come to my house that day, however, out of respect I chose to wait until today to have him stop by. After all, we all need a weekend to relax. Before I could call him, my phone rang and to my surprise it was Ben. He had remembered all of the details we talked about and took the initiative to call me concerned about my situation. I happily agreed to have him come by to diagnose the problem. Within 2 hou he found the problem, fixed it, and gave me solid advice for what I should do next in replacing my old unit. I trust this company and Ben is excellent at his skills. Before you call anyone else, trust Upslope Heating and Cooling first.

The service tech came to our house after our furnace stopped working. Of course it was working fine when he arrived but he noticed the motor taking longer than it should to start. He warned me it was going out but recommended we clean it and do some other service items first so I could get some more life out of it and save some money. This was appreciated as was the clear communication and prompt response from service and ownership. Thank you.

Upslope went above and beyond our expectations when they replaced our Air Conditioner! Communication and thorough planning helped us know exactly when we'd have our house cool again. All the work was done while our boys and dog were running around, with Upslope holding clearly high safety standards and with minimal disruption.
