We bought a new furnace and AC system from Bell in May 2021. I wrote a glowing review then and I am writing another now. Upon initial bid of the furnace/AC, Bell was not the highest nor lowest bid but we chose Bell based upon our interaction with Lance Gabriel. After the cold snap this last weekend, we had a water issue which in turn affected the furnace-no fault of the new furnace! Again, Lance and the others at Bell did not disappoint. They are professional, timely, honest, and stand by their customers and products. Thank you Bell, technician Rich Charlot, and in particular Lance Gabriel!!

Travis came out and thought he MIGHT gave diagnosed a leak from an upstairs toilet by replacing an old degenerating wax seal . After resetting , he wisely went downstairs, asked us to flush, and saw that the leak remained. He stayed for the next 3&1/2 hours ,cut a hole in the ceiling and found the source and we got a 100 % fix!! Several flushes confirmed total success. Then thoroughly cleaned up. Reasonable price for such thorough, skilled and relentlessness until problem solved. As expected, ceiling repair will be on us and we knew all this before agreeing to the prequoted work and price.

Justin came to our house to correct humidifier ducting that had been run to the wrong plenum. He was highly competent, communicative, answered all our questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. Great service!

I recently used Bell to replace a 30 year old boiler in our house that goes to our radiant floor heating and domestic hot water supply. Nick and Josh were great. Super personable, easy to talk to, walked me through the new system (it was extremely complex in my opinion), and got everything working in the estimated time.
They did a massive amount of work. The old system was not installed to code, there was quite a bit of ductwork that needed redone and a lot of piping to make it more maintainable in the future.
I would recommend Bell Plumbing and Heating and will continue to use for future work.

We were in a bind with a frozen pipe that burst and flooded our basement. Bell’s entire team was amazing from the customer service person to the tech Travis that came out to fix it and restore our water. He even put in a solution that will keep the pipes from freezing in the future. They were quick, honest and fair priced, and did a great job.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold and snowy Wednesday. They had a repairman here in under 1/2 hour, and he found and fixed the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and got it all fixed up in a couple of hours.

Excellent service they always show on time I had them replace the diverter in the bathtub and I'm so glad I did. Previously they installed my hot water heater and they did an excellent job.

Justin was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to make our needed repairs promptly.

Ryan was awesome. Super knowledgeable, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Highly recommend!

Excellent work! Chris Houle came to fix a "bridge" in our water softener. He was thorough, professional and educated me on some things about the softener I did not understand before.
Have never been disappointed with "tech" from Bell Plumbing.
