My technician, Nick A was very professional and took his time to explain and fix our backyard spigot. He also checked out, what I thought may have been a possible pipe leak to our sprinkler system, but he did some checking in and around our home and no evidence of it. I'm very grateful that he took the time to do that! His trainee, I forgot his name, sorry, was also helpful with some questions that I asked. I would definitely call on Nick to come to our home in the future! Thank you!

My sister had plumbing done at her house recently, she was so pleased that she highly recommended Bell Plumbing. I called Bell and they scheduled me quickly, which was nice not having to wait for weeks. Tony Medina came and was extremely professional, courteous, well informed and explained everything I questioned him about. He was extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up the entire area he worked in, leaving no mess for me to deal with. He was absolutely outstanding on many levels. I highly recommend Bell Plumbing 👍👍

Fred and Josh (and Lance) were awesome! They installed my A/C and even fixed, and greatly improved, work from a previous install (and company) of my furnace. The took the time to answer all of my questions, they throughly walked me through my new thermostat and maintenance of what I need to do keeping the system running annually. They both really knew there stuff! They were truly fantastic. I'm so glad I called Bell Plumbing and Heater to install my A/C! I highly recommend Bell, Fred and Josh (and Lance). Going forward, I will be a life long customer!

Correction of a humidifier duct that had been incorrectly installed --
Not sure how to interact with the link you sent, but Justin was terrific. Not only did he respond most responsibly to a situation that was a bit unusual, but he brainstormed creative approaches and kept us in the communication loop all of the time. Justin was top notch.

Repair involved nothing more than replacing and tightening some clamps around the PVC pipe running from a sump pump—over $200. I think it took over an hour. Technician also couldn’t answer other plumbing questions—said he had to call “a plumber”. He said he was an HVAC tech, not a plumber.

Had a warranty issue and Bell honored it with no problems! Tiffany was awesome and took care of problem fast and clean! Top notch service!

Water heater failed on Friday afternoon, ew water heater was installed quickly and professionally Saturday afternoon. Excellent service from start to finish with Bell.

They tried to charge me 1600 dollars for just a routine annual HVAC cleaning. I paid their visit fee and told them to leave as I would not pay that for a service that is typically 100-300 dollars with other companies. I'm still out 100 dollars though because of their non-refundable visit fee.

This company takes advantage of people, including my wife. She could not get the ac to work and they charged her over 2k to replace the fan motor. This should have cost less than half. I was out of town and my wife was taken advantage of by Bell plumbing and their sales technicians. Avoid this company.
