Called Bell to get a second opinion on sewer line damage repair. They had to send out a crew member to clear our backed up line before they could proceed with the opinion. Jon Harris was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, had excellent customer service and communication skills, and walked me through all costs and process steps before executing any work. I never felt misled like some other companies but felt instead like I was in expert hands handling the matter which I greatly appreciate. They also had Jon out within a few hours of my call- extra star for the expedient service! Thank you for great work!

Outstanding customer service. Readily explained what was happening, kept me informed at each stage of work, and answered all of my questions. Extremely professional and made a great impression representing the company. Based on service observed and experienced, he deserves a promotion.

Josh is an outstanding expert. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our relatively new A/C and made the repairs with recommendations for future maintenance. We will request him by name in the fall for a furnace tune up.

Jon Harris came out and did a great job cleaning our kitchen and our washing machine lines. He was great! Very professional. A few days earlier we had a different plumber come in and could not get the job done. Blamed the pipe configuration (75 year old pipes) for not being able to snake the lines very well. Said we would probably have to tear up a cement floor and run new lines. The next day the lines were clogged again. Thats when Jon and Bell came to the rescue. Jon had no trouble getting the job done. He gave me very good tips to keep the drains clear in the future.. He very much acted like a professional and had the experience to do a great job. Unfortunately overpriced. Needed two small pieces replaced in my toilet tank, paid over 300 dollars. That was after the 99 dollar service fee was waived, AND 20% off for a veteran. The job took maybe an hour, the Service person was professional and did a good job. I just can't recommend Bells based on the price.

Called about my hot water heater not working as well as it has been, they scheduled a service but I already knew it was going to need to be replaced as it was 18 years old. Christopher came on time and said he would fix it if I wanted but recommended replacing since it was old. I asked how long it might be for replacement, he said it might be 2 days. He looked up the system I wanted, quoted me prices for 2 system's. I told him what I wanted and he started ordering the parts needed and making a few phone calls. He came back in and told me they had everything and that the hot water heater could be replaced in about 3 to 4 hours, parts were being gathered and on the way if I wanted. I told him let's go, get it done since I was home that day. He went to work getting ready to take the old water heater out so when the new one arrived, he could get the new one in. In less than 4 hours, Christopher had the new one in and was gone. Thank you again Christopher for doing a great job and the area was left clean and looking like it did before he came. Thank you again Bell Plumbing and Heating for great customer service and timely service to remedy my water heater problem. I look forward to continuing being a member and having all my system's serviced by Bell

My technician was excellent! He was on time, very friendly and patient. Explained everything to me in detail and gave recommendations. He was careful in not tracking dirt into the house. Working in the pouring rain and did an excellent job in both pipe leaks and replacement ! Thank you! I am very appreciative and have peace of mind now. 😊

I called Bell last night after a big storm bc our sump pump was leaking in the utility room. Tiffany was here in less than 24 hrs to take care of it. Turns out, parts of it weren’t well sealed. She fixed it right away, gave us advice on how to check for issues in the future and how to update the system to make it more efficient. Really positive experience.

Tiffany was great! She’s very knowledgeable and great to work with too. She went out of her way to help me complete my bathroom project so my wife would be able to come home after breaking her leg in the shower. I’m very grateful to her and Bell.

Tony Medina was very friendly and super professional. He wasn't over "salesmen" and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him if you need sewage lines cleaned.
