I have used this plumber Jim Womack for the last 12 years in various projects. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate to a senior citizen like me and is thorough. We will continue to use Bell Plumbing in future projects.

I had a furnace issue and I'd gotten a coupon from Bell so I called them. I thought it could be a couple days but they sent Rich out today. My problem wasn't really serious but Rich took my furnace apart and checked it all out.

I was impressed with this company 2 years ago, when I first used their service. Yesterday I needed a main line cleared out. The first employee came within 30 minutes. But, before the drain clearing could proceed, one of the original toilet valves was frozen and needed to be replaced. The gist is how seamlessly and professionally other Bell employees responded to help with this knotty problem. The team was respectful, communicated regularly on the work they were doing and clearly explained my bill. Please give these guys a call when you need help; you won't regret it. We had buildup in our tankless water heater. They descscaled the tank and found a broken flow. They took the time to explain what happened and ordered the part. They also checked other sources for our part. Unfortunately the part took a few days to arrive. They came to our home 8am to make sure we had our hot water.

Chris spent a great amount of time finding and fixing drain blockages. Chris was prompt, friendly, and responsive. He was thorough in his work, having to figure out different ways of dealing with a difficult situation. His persistence led to system working o.k. today. Always get good service from Bell.

Rich, our technician, was friendly and explained well what he would be doing during his visit for air conditioner maintenance. He also made us aware of an issue with our furnace that needs to be addressed.

Jose, our drain cleaning guy was very professional, very courteous and diagnosed the problems very well with the sinks bathtub and toilet, and did an excellent job taking care of the problems. Also, I mentioned to Jose that I had an additional problem with some shut off valves. He called Bell immediately and within an hour, a technician named Jim Womack came over to evaluate what the problem was took pictures and called his office to line up an appointment for a technician to come and fix the problem. I am very impressed with Bell their team and their very punctual response.

Tony Medina has been to our home twice in the last year. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He has the patience to explain what the problem is and what he will do to solve the problem with both me and my wife. In both instances he he made sure to correctly identify the problem and then shared the possible solutions with prices. His advice was invaluable and I am happy to say that even with a plumbing issue in the house I am happy to see Tony at our front door.

Chris was outstanding!! He fixed our heating issue quickly. Explained the problem, gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening again, and made our heating system work better! I will definitely call and recommend Bell again for all plumbing needs!

Absolutely love these guys! We had a emergency and are pipes were clogged. We had 3 other companies come out and tell us there's no way it could be unclogged and that we would need to replace the whole pipe. We'll bell came out and guess what the got it unclogged and it only took them a hour or so to do it. Needless to say it was also about 4pm the day before Thanksgiving when this all happened. Bell is a outstanding company. They're honest and knowledgeable and I have to say they actually care about the customer not just the money. We will be a home that only uses Bell plumbing in the future. Oh and did I mention they are affordable as well. Highly recommend Bell for anything your house needs. They will not disappoint!!
