888 Heating & Air Conditioning

My new HVAC system was installed today and I could not be happier that I decided to go with 888 Heating! I called on a Friday afternoon for a quote and was scheduled right away for the following Monday. I received quotes from 3 other HVAC companies and the combination of the level of customer service and the reasonableness of the quotes made 888 the obvious choice. Josh was incredibly thorough in his assessment of my needs. He was patient with all of my questions and provided explanations in terms that I (someone who does not understand HVAC systems) could understand. He gave me a wide range of options to choose from and I didn’t feel any pressure to go with a “fancier” system than I needed. His level of communication with me after the quote appointment was wonderful—he gave me his undivided attention when I had additional questions on the phone. He even stopped by for a while on the day of the install. The install itself was also great. Walter and Andres arrived on time and gave me a complete rundown of everything they had done and how my new systems work at the end of the day. Walter noticed a small leak on my hot water heater and he fixed it, even though they were not there for the water heater! Josh, Walter, and Andres were all professional and super friendly. I’d highly recommend 888 to anyone needing heating and/or cooling services!

Josh and Jason did a great job providing all the details and pricing during our first consultation. Friendly, funny, and informative! They even went above and beyond by fixing my stuck screen door and replacing the lightbulb in one of my ceiling lights that they discovered during their visit.
Jesus and the entire installation team worked really hard and stayed late to finish the job, which got rained out. Jenson explained all the work that was done and showed me how to maintain the furnace.
Angel followed up about a week later to test the AC unit once the weather was warm enough. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly.
Very impressed with everyone's skills. The communication of this company is superb, with automated email and text message reminders of appointment times. This company really makes you feel like they appreciate your business.

I've used 888 before. They only do the work needed and never sell you something you dont need. Angel explained everything he looked at, was professional and courteous. I signed up for the monthly contract cause it will pay for itself with just this visit and the one motor I need to replace. These guys are great!

Just a follow up from my previous review..again, fantastic service, great price, great company. New blower installed today by Angel is quieter than the old one, and I have peace of mind knowing the blower is not going to go out in a snow storm. I highly recommend this company to anyone, and have to two of my friends this week.

Deri was incredibly kind and helpful. He came over at 430pm on a Friday and stayed until 8pm servicing and analyzing our system. He offered us a range of services at different price points. No high pressure sales pitch, he treated us with respect and explained his findings to us in detail. Will absolutely use 888 again, they are awesome!

888 replaced my old gas water heater. Since it was nearly 20 years old, several updates were required. The plumbing work was excellent. Far neater than the original and subsequent replacement. I would recommend 888 to anyone needed a water heater.

The 888 team wants to take care of their customers. I will only use them in the future. Josh went out of his way to make sure we didn't need to replace our HVAC system but make sure our current system was working properly. Thank you Josh and the entire 888 team.

Kyle and 888heating are fantastic! I scheduled a quote for a new HVAC install and got so much more. Kyle not only laid out various options and quoted very competitive prices but spent a few hours fixing my current unit so it was working until the install could be completed later in the week.
