Matthew was very professional and courteous. Took time to protect interior of our home. Gave in great detail what was wrong with furnace not just guessing. The tech took apart part of furnace and showed me in person what was wrong with heat exchange and where it was leaking. Immediately built a great trust factor. Customer service is impossible, hard to find these day. Pu me much at ease knowing why furnace should be replaced. 888 Heating fortunate to have tech like Mathew. Thanks guys.

I woke up this morning with no heat and the weather outside rapidly causing the inside temperature to go down! Thankfully I was able to get in touch with Britnie at 888, she was kind and quick and took my urgency as her own. She gave me options and recommendations of technicians in my area and gave me a time frame of 1030 to 1PM, she did tell me that it could be closer to 1PM.

1030 AM rolls around and my technician Deri was here, much earlier than I expected! He came in, got to work, he walked me through everything he was doing and how things worked. After he was done with his evaluation, instead of just giving me one option, he gave me several from just doing a repair to several replacement options for just the furnace or the whole HVAC system!

Both of your team members made was started out as a stressful morning, into a much better day! I will be using only 888 services from here on out!

Was visited by Mark for a humidifier repair and furnace checkup. He discovered company who installed my 2-stage furnace hooked it up without running the proper 5 lines to my thermostat. So 888 is going to do it the right way and will allow my furnace to operate at full capacity. Thanks Mark!

Josh and the 888 team were excellent! Josh listened to our needs and addressed our issues before presenting a solution that would best suit us. Benjamin and his install team did a great job, installing the complete system in less than a day! The entire process was stress-free. Josh made us feel like we were appreciated and valued customers.

Excellent service by Alex on our duct cleaning. He was punctual, professional and kind. He did an amazing job cleaning all the ducts. Very happy with the results once everything was finished. He also made sure to clean things up thoroughly after the job was done. Highly recommend Alex!

The sales person did a real good job selling how his company goes above the compitition in quality and how good the product is. Install day went well dispite the cold and snow. When they left they forgot to hook up the red link wireless controls and the air filter was just laying in the return duct. They were called back out and tried to hook up a used red link that didn't work and tried to put in a angle to support the air filter which didn't work. They got a new red link to work. They were called out again to make a support for the air filter and and to fix the furnace that was short cycling. After the furnace ran for a day the filter had collasped and was not properly filtering. They realized that they did not commision the furnace where they had to measure the supply and return air pressure and adjust the gas pressure and tune the furnace controls. They finally replaced a portion of the return duct and installed a air filter box. Too bad that it was a rush job which looks like they used scrap ducting that they had to be patched and smeared gray sealant all over. Looks like a Frankinstien install. The ac wiring failed two inspections and on the third try they sent out another company unannounced to fix it. I hope that the ac start up this springs goes well.
