888 Heating & Air Conditioning

Ian was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the hvac installation and operation flawlessly. I use 888 heating and air conditioning for my annual service. Matthew Bradford is also an awesome technician. All who I have dealt with at 888 are excellent, knowledgeable technicians.

I’ll call them for clean, but they only do inspections and price is $180. They charged you again around 1000 for clean up, crazy prices. Trust me, they charged 3 times normal price.

Matthew found a problem with both the heating and cooling systems We had a good discussion about 8 possible ways to move forward... he took the time to explain the options and details that I didn't understand
We came up with a plan going forward

Bryan was my service rep today. He’s been my rep before he’s awesome. Does a thorough cleaning job always answers all my questions being that I’m a single woman. He knows what to help me with and tell me what to prepare for the winter He also tells me in the spring went to service my air conditioning unit and all 888 is an awesome company they help you with any problems. Their service plan is the best I tell all my friends and family.

I was able to get an appointment to have my furnace checked and possibly repaired within two days. Bryan and Mark arrived on time, placed booties over their shoes then went to work. They were very thorough taking pictures of various parts of the furnace and shared their findings throughout the inspection with me. I have an older furnace, and I very much appreciated the fact that I did not receive sale pitches to get a new furnace immediately or else as I have with other companies. Rather, Bryan provided me with options and suggestions. Thank you for a job well done!

Very thorough service and Matthew (technician) did a great job at explaining my options for future service. He also broke everything down for me in terms of the potential issues with my HVAC. Pleased with his service.

A very thorough 3 hour maintenance service call covering two heating units. The system status clearly explained with repair recommendations. This is part of an annual service contract.

Eljay seems to have a knack for finding the cause of the problem and then solving it, leaving "no stone unturned". He was very thorough and professional.
