Great fast service. Knowledgable. A good price. They did not inform us about the heat pump mini split city and county rebates but the service was tops. They handled the Xcel rebate and took it off the price.

Complete professional install team. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Install was nicely done with minimal changes to my home. Furnace, AC, mini-splits and water heater are all performing extremely well. I even got great advice on future renovations to my house.

Can't say enough about Kappler Mechanical. Brent spent 2 hours helping me figure out the best set up for my 114 year old ductless house. The install of the Mitsubishi 3 ton 4 zone mini-split system was not an easy task but these guys worked like a fine oiled machine. Always surprises when dealing with a very old home and the Kappler team defiantly ran into a couple but nothing they couldn't engineer their way through. All the install technicians were courteous and very professional. They kept me updated on the progress and answered all my questions along the way.

Kappler looked at several scenarios for upgrading outdated, inefficient equipment. They were communicative and professional throughout. This was a time when there were major supply chain delays for the equipment we wanted, but we were willing to wait for the right equipment, and they helped us out by installing a temporary AC unit from another brand to tide us through the summer heat while we waited. They were responsive, did good quality work, and stuck to schedules. Overall this was a great experience.

My experience with Kappler Mechanical was awesome. They did a fantastic job of installing the Rinnai Tankless water heater in a very timely and efficient manner. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and how clean their entire staff was during the installation. They utilized drop cloths from the front door to where it was installed. They did not leave a mess and you couln't even tell that they were there. Once they completed the installation, the installer went through an inspection process with me inside and where the pipes came out on the outside. They then shared how the Rinnai operated and gave me the owner's manual. I was very impressed with their installation team and how great they were to work with from start to finish. I definitely reccoment Kappler Mechanical for any HVAC needs. You can depend on their entrie team to get it done in a efficient, economical and professional manner!
