Brent came out to our house to perform a bid for a Ductless mini-split heat pump for our upstairs. We got three bids and Brent had the best design and the best prices. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the job was completed without a hitch just as he described. Kappler Mechanical even submitted all our rebate forms and took the price of those off what we owed. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Kappler for 16 years. They have installed new main AC/furnace units, new AC/furnace secondary units and 2 50 gallon water heaters. We use them twice a year for maintenance on all of the units. We have had many employees in our house in that time and every one of them have been conscientious, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I am a very clean person and they do a great job of keeping the workspace clean. We trust Kappler and would never use another company!

Received excellent service this week. I had no hot water on Monday morning and Kappler got a technician scheduled for that afternoon. The technician showed up exactly on time, fixed the issue, and even gave my son (I couldn't be home then) tips on how to keep it from happening again. Will call again when needed.

Put in a service request on Sunday night and Ulises was out on Tuesday morning. He was thorough, clean and very communicative on what was wrong. Once he was able to get parts, he fixed the problem in a quick manner.
