    We needed a sprinkler shut-off valve replaced, and Nick from Save Home Heat was on time, arrived when he said he would, kept his mask and booties on the whole time he was inside the house, and completed the job quickly, cleanly, and without any problems.

    I give only 2 stars because a simple problems take 4 weeks, 2 visits, and many calls to fix.

    Week#1: The initial vist the stuff failed to identify the problem. The stuff promise to call and come next week.
    Week#2: The stuff never showed up.
    Week#3: I called and have an appoint. End up beening canceled due to another customer's emegency need. While I really want to help the other customer, such a cancellation should never happen.
    Week#4: Finally solved the tiny problesm because the trainnee fail to do what he suppose to do during the initial visit: just clean an obvious blockage.

    I also do not like the fact that each time the stuff asked for using my bathroom. While I really can not decline those request, it really annoy me.

    We had Save Home Heat replace our old boiler and water heater in our 100+ year-old home. We also had a heat pump installed to provide heat and cooling in an addition to our home that is not hooked up to our boiler system.
    All of the people we were in contact with at Save Home Heat were highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding what we needed to help us achieve our goals in the most cost-effective manner. They also spent the time we needed to fully explain what was being done and to answer all of our questions.
    It was easy to schedule the times for installations and the work was completed on time and as promised, despite our old home presenting some unique challenges for installation. The initial estimate is what we paid and we did not have to deal with any unanticipated expenses after the fact.
    I highly recommend Save Home Heat to any homeowner who is looking to upgrade an old system or to install top-of-the line heating and air conditioning products in new construction.

    On a day when the outdoor temperature was -6 degrees, our furnace stopped working. Safe Home Heat made time the same day to send a technician out to service our gas furnace. Our technician, Rafael, was punctual, professional, courteous, and even talked me through the trouble-shooting he was doing so I'd have a better sense on how our furnace works. He got our old furnace running again, and he thoughtfully explained our options when the eventual replacement of our furnace. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (especially during the ongoing pandemic, when we've been wary of having people we don't know in our house).
    My only complaint is that while the service visit lasted 60 minutes and while no parts had to be replaced (it was only the high limit switch that had tripped and Rafael fixed this by removing the switch and lightly tapping it), I was charged $175 for a service category labeled "instant or minor service." This strikes me as rather excessive for the work that was completed. The owner, Dave, thoughtfully reached out to me about my concerns, which demonstrates Save Home Heat's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. I would rely on them again.

    Our water heater is off in a very cold day. We called the company but they already had everyone out on job. We explained that the help we need might not take a lot of time. They found a technician to help us. He can right on time. Spent more time make sure everything is working before he left. Answered questions we have in a nice manner. We are very pleased with Save Home Heat.

    I've used Save Home Heat for a few years now to maintain my HVAC system. Their semi-annual service process is well priced and super well managed. You make an appointment, they send reminders and then on the day they confirm the tech is on the way and even send a picture of the tech!

    They've dealt with a few small problems for us, and I was happy to recommend Save Home Heat to my neighbors this week. They came home from a trip and their A/C wasn't working, Save Home heat sent out a tech on an emergency call within a couple of hours!
