Save Home Heat

Because of my excellent previous experience with Save Home Heat on my furnace repair, I subsequently had them also do my water heater installation. Once again, the service was promptly and expertly done, at a fair price. What I have now is so much better than what I had before. My experience with Save Home Heat is so good it saves me the time and effort of checking with other businesses for this service. I can be confident calling Save Home Heat for any service they provide.

Timothy from Save Home Heat came out last Friday, only an hour after I called. He cleaned the flame detector but did not charge me for that because he wasn't sure that it would completely solve the problem. He really thought that the control board was the root cause, but because the failure was intermittent and he couldn't get it to reproduce (and he tried for an hour to do so--he just doesn't give up), he could not test for that. He gave me the option of ordering the control board, which I declined until I could see whether or not cleaning of the flame detector would work.

On Monday, the furnace had a hard failure, so I called Save Home Heat back and had them order the part. The part came in on Wednesday, and Timothy was back within 30 minutes. He installed the control board and now my furnace is working. Thank goodness! It's cold outside.

I really appreciate Save Home Heat's diligence in pursuing this problem, and their unwillingness to jump to the easy solution, which would have been wrong.

estimate/schedule to cap/move gas service for kitchen range

Tim arrived promptly to provide an estimate for capping the gas service to the existing range at or around the same time the new range is being delivered next week. We also talked about scheduling an electrician to come back to recess the existing 220 amp outlet so that the range can push back to the wall. Great service!

Dylan Nave of Save Home Heat was very competent and courteous. He resolved two additional, minor, but important plumbing issues while he was here and explained various evaporative cooling questions clearly. Thanks for his excellent service!

We were extremely pleased with the quote Bryan gave us to install a mini split in our upstairs. He was thorough and professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We feel good about going with Save Home Heat, the price is right and they scheduled us for just 2 weeks out. The representative that visited on-site was extremely knowledgeable, fast, and clear with his information. I had lots of questions and he was very willing to explain everything he was thinking about.

After a recommendation from a coworker we called Save Home Heat to help us after we discovered water leaking from our HVAC unit when our AC was running. They were able to come out the very next day. I like that they have after hours service for an extra fee. We were more than happy to pay it if it meant we'd have our AC back before the temps reached 90 degrees again. Our tech Rafael was very nice and professional. He took the time to walk me through what our issue was, a clogged drain line. Did you know you should occasionally clean the drain pipe that goes from the condenser coil to the drain? I had no idea! I was given a quote right then before any work was done. He also answered a few other general HVAC questions I had. He was very knowledgeable. We are very appreciative of the team at Save Home Heat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service.
