Save Home Heat was the only company we could find to come out sooner, rather than later to install a smart thermostat we had purchased. They came out to give an estimate and I was pleasantly to hear that they could install the thermostat while they were already at our house. Dante and his partner were super professional and it was very nice to see top notch tech skills that will be needed as more and more move to home automation. The company also follows up and seems to really care that the customer is happy which seems to be a dying practice for some businesses. I really appreciate this kind of customer focus. Very impressed - will use them again for our HVAC and plumbing needs.

We’ve used Save Home Heat for installing central air, upgrading our electric panel, and for replacing our water heater. Every project was done quickly, professionally, and high quality. Their team cleans up the site better than any other company we’ve used. When our water heater broke, they were able to shift stuff around to get it installed the very next day. I've just moved back to the area after being gone for 7 years. Save Home Heat is STILL a great service. I know it may be an odd thing, but as a single woman, I am really aware of what technicians are coming into my home. Yet again, the technicians weren't creepy at all, but nice down-home guys. I can't say enough good about their professionalism, timeliness, friendliness, skill set and value for the charges. They always do it right the first time - 7 years ago and this week too!

Jeremy Graham at Save Home Heat Company did an excellent job at determining the reason the furnace was not working. He went over and above and changed batteries in the thermostat and checked outside to make sure everything was functioning properly. He saved me over $1,000 dollars from another company that had falsely reported that I needed a new circuit board. This was not the case. Thank goodness I asked for a second opinion. I will always go with Save Home Heat from now on!

I was happy with the service of Save Home Heat. I had three reputable Boulder companies give me bids for installing AC and replacing a furnace. They were the middle bid but I had the best feeling about them so I chose them. The installation was good but they did try to install a different thermostat without asking me (it was a more expensive unit but it was wireless and I didn’t want that) and when I insisted on the original wired one they installed it. I knew it was going to leave a hole in the wall for me to fix and I had talked about that with the guy who gave me the bid so that was a little annoying. They also installed the AC lines right over my spigot making it difficult to access. The inspector for the city said they had to fix one vent in the house and adjust the AC lines outside so I could access my spigot. The men who came back were great and finished the job professionally. While the installation was not perfect, overall I am very happy with the company. They are very responsive on follow up which is important to me.

Best customer service all around! This is a place that stands behind their work & their customers time & time again. This is our first home and we are so grateful to have found an HVAC company we can trust & to educate us along the way.

This review is for Chris specifically (a ductless AC estimate specialist). We have yet to get the install completed, but felt compelled to leave a review bcs Chris was objectively 10x better at his job than every other person who came out to estimate our job from other companies. He w demonstrated actual expertise in the space, had opinions, was open to new design ideas and actually thought through them with me, had valid engineering reasoning behind his choices that he could explain, and was prompt. Plus he was able to actually estimate on the spot bcs he clearly had expertise that others lacked. I have a ton of confidence that the project will go well.
