Save Home Heat

I received communication from Save Home Heat from the beginning, including a picture of the Technician coming to my home. He was on time. He explained the issue clearly and gave me enough information to make a decision about how to proceed. He worked efficiently and was respectful of our home. He wore a mask. Completion of the repair requires a return visit, but until the part comes in the Technician made a perfect temporary repair so that we have heat. Save Home Heat is professional, reliable and friendly. Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend Save Home Heat. Scheduling was super easy and quick, and the technician, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have a complicated and unique system, and Jeremy helped us solve our issue, as well as help us better understand our system, its needs, and ways that we could improve it in the future. We'll definitely be following up with them for any future maintenance, repairs, and installs!

All of the service people that they have sent out have been very knowledgeable efficient, and personable and seemed to be working for our best interest. They did excellent installation of the systems, cleaned up their work areas, explained the systems and answered all of our questions. Results of this is that our electric bill has gone down 50% compared to the year before.

I have had two very positive experiences with Save Home Heat. First was for the installation of a new AC unit last summer. The team was timely, courteous, respectful, and were great to work with.
Most recently they came out to give me a second opinion on a repair quote from another company in regards to my furnace. Save Home Heat was sincere and honest, took the time to re-diagnose the issue, and reassured me of the health of my system. They have earned my trust and I am now a loyal recurring customer. :)

It was such a great experience from the beginning.

My A/C did not work in the middle of the heat wave and I agreed to pay extra $100. – in order to get the emergency service from Save Home Heat. As soon as I finished the schedule, I got a text message (and email) from them with the arrival window and service location etc.

A day or two before the scheduled service, I got a call from them that they have an opening to work on my A/C at the regular business hour therefore I will only need to pay $75.- field charge plus the service to fix my A/C.

Rafael put on his shoe covers before getting into my door. He was very respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was and fixed our A/C. He was very patient answering all the questions my partner had, and the bill was very reasonable at the end.

I would definitely use Save Home Heat again if I ever need the service again!

Save Home Heat Company is the first one I have dealt with whose technician performed the necessary J Load Calculations that actually measured the house, took into account windows and doors, insulation in the attic etc to check how many BTU's are actually needed rather than go by rule of thumb. Thorough, detailed, professional and gave us several options rather than simply "sell" whatever they had. Spent ~ 2 hours and answered numerous questions. Have given me confidence! Hope they continue to do so as we engage them in future services.

At the bid stage. Save Home Heat was easy to work with to set up the consult appointment with a quick turnaround with sending the bid. Christopher was on time and was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
