Bernie's replaced our indirect fired water heater (boiler system) and we couldn't be happier with their service. They were extremely knowledgeable on the system (something other companies were not). They stuck to the estimate, did a great job and were very professional. Bernie's even handled finding out if the old tank was under warranty and got us a refund from the manufacturer.

Did a timely, professional and reasonably priced installation of my indirect heated hot water unit. Not only that, they handled getting a full rebate for me from the manufacturer of the leaking unit that had a life time warranty. It was 10 years old when it failed. Plan to use Bernie's for any future needs.

This was a repair for a shower faucet in a rental property of mine. They were on time, my tenant was happy with them and their work and most of all they carried parts for this particular shower faucet that is no longer available. Bernie's Plumbing and Heating Company did an excellent service call for our yearly furnace inspection. They were thorough and communicated fully about the inspection.

My HVAC company recommended Bernie’s when I needed a new hot water heater. They were responsive to my initial call, came to provide and estimate, and flexible in scheduling the installation.

Bernie’s is our go to plumbing service. They are always on time, our appointments are soon after we call. We’ve used them for garbage disposal, leaky faucets, and toilets and bigger jobs like broken pipes from freezing temperatures. Once they diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher that Columbine had misdiagnosed and saved me unnecessary parts. I had one younger plumber from Bernie’s not pursue a water pressure problem and after prompting him to consider that option indeed the valve was broken. That was the only time I wasn’t 100% happy with their service.
