Fair prices and great work. Got a quote for 3000 from another place in Boulder, even before they could see the problem. Bernie's quote was honest and gave me a range based on what they found once they started the work. Total cost ended up being 750 - they saved me over 2k by being honest. I expect to use them exclusively in the future.

I have been a client of Bernie's Plumbing & Heating Company for years and years. They have been excellent in all ways, they come when promised, their work is excellent and prices competitive. Some companies in town per what I have heard from their clients have experienced excessive costs due to their service person convincing them to replace, repair etc. unnecessary parts and assemblies. Bernie's is a company that I trust.

We have been doing a remodel on our house. Bernie’s has been up many times. They are always on time, professional and were prompt with their quotes. Our hot water heater went out (it was old) and Bernie’s was too busy to come out that day, so we called a rival company. They quoted us $4000 to replace and redo the pipes for the hot water heater. We waited and had Bernie’s come out. They cleaned out a pipe, relit the pilot light and told us that even though the water heater is old it should be good for a few more years. They gave us a quote of $1500.00 if we did want to replace the hot water heater. We opted to wait, but what a difference!

Bernie's is great I refer them all the time. I have NEVER once felt like they were overcharging me and I have felt overcharged by other plumbers. I have even called them on standard services like water heater installation and they have given an estimate on the phone. HVAC and plumbers just do not do that anymore. I have a regular service technician, but have had on occasion other techs. They have all been great. They are thorough and they are not afraid to get dirty. I had a tricky gas line repair a while back. They figured it out. Call them you won't regret it.

Bernies installed a new faucet in a very difficult to access spot, they added a natural gas line for our outdoor BBQ, and arranged to increase the natural gas pressure to the house, due to the many gas appliances we have. They also added a spigot to the front of our house. All these jobs had challenges that Nick handled very professionally. I found them to be responsive and reasonably priced. Bernies has also worked on my mountain house numerous times over the last 15 years and we've been very happy with their service and workmanship

We have been using Bernie's for over a decade and they always do a good job for us. They're highly competent and easy to deal with. I would recommend them for any plumbing work you need done. We just had them do a sump pump for my mom and the job is done right and it looks professional: tidy, neatly aligned, bundled extra cord to the pump, caulking around the pipe exit through the siding, and Leroy cleaned up after himself. Two thumbs up!
