Bernie's Plumbing & Heating Company

Could not be more impressed with the service I received from Bernie's Plumbing & Heating during a water heater replacement at the height of a Colorado freeze when plumbers were swamped with calls. Coordinating service from California I contacted 3 plumbers for quotes. Two of them gave quotes substantially higher than Bernie's. For instance the permit fee was quoted by one was 3 times as much as the actual fee charged by the City of Boulder. Bernie's did not add a surcharge for the permit only charging what Boulder billed them. Mike worked directly with my tenant for the initial inspection, to replacement which had to be a smaller unit than the one replaced which was over 30 years old, thru coordinating best time for inspection required for the permit while keeping me informed along the way. I will instruct my local agents to use Bernie's Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs my condo might need.

After some bad experiences with another local company, Bernies has become our go--to plumber. Always do good work. However, they do not provide quick emergency service and do not clean out clogged drains. We recently had need for that last service and they referred us to another company specializing in that work.

We had a mysterious problem with our heating system. Joe besides being a wonderful person was very helpful, and figured out the problem. Bernie’s as a company was very responsive and Joe came when he said he would. I’d highly recommend Bernie’s and will use them in the future.

After several plumbers tried unsuccessfully to fix a leaking outdoor faucet (and charge us) , Bernie's Plumbing came out and successfully repaired the issue for a reasonable cost. We have used them for other work as well and have been very happy with the work. I highly recommend them.
