Roscoe was absolutely fantastic. He was able to explain what the issue in a way that was easy to understand and got the work done in timely manner. I will definitely ask for him if I ever need to call for any other issues.

Our sewer backed up yesterday(Saturday) and Vincent was abled to clean it out and unplug it. He was great! I appreciated his expertise and the fact he even cleaned up the drain in our laundry room. Thank you for sending him!

The tech arrived very quickly. I had only called 45 minutes prior, and the customer service rep said they could have someone there within the hour. He was personable sand professional. He explained given there was no access to the drain for the toilet other than through the toilet, it would have to be removed. This raised the priced considerably, nearly 4 times what it would been without it having to be removed. I don't think this was out of line with the industry standards, I just think the industry standards are a bit out of line. He put the toilet back in place and cleaned up after himself. The tech performed his job very well, I only wish it hadn't cost nearly $400.

They wanted to come before actual appointment but I wasn’t available. Darrell checked the water heater and showed and explained the problems. I knew the system was probably 20 years old and I was expecting the worst. The gave me three options and I picked what was best for me. Darrell had everything in his truck. He started immediately. It was clean, quick and done the same day. I will use Done Plumbing again.

James tech from Done plumbing came out to work on my toilet water tank. James was expedient, courtes, and kind. He had knowledgeable experience with my situation. Their prices won't win any contests for savings but their work is top notch and warrantied. I've had them do about 4 projects, two improvements and two breakfixes and was really happy with the results.

I've used these guys a few times, mostly for major repairs and they've never disappointed. A year ago I had to have my whole sewer line replaced and they got it done quickly and on-budget despite encountering some complications. Then last week I came home to find my water heater spewing water from its top. I called these guys and they sent Darrell out first thing the next morning. He explained the issue, gave me a bunch of different replacement options and I was back up and running in a few hours. Highly recommended.

Chad was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. He clearly explained our options and kept us apprised of his progress. We will use Done Plumbing again.
