We are installing a new vanity and sink in my bathroom and realized we had to move the plumbing pipes over. Called first thing in the morning, and Roscoe was at the house in less than an hour. He was able to fix everything in less than 30 min. He was very courteous, and did an amazing job! Can’t thank him enough. This is the second time we have used this company, I would recommend them to anyone.

The water heater in my rental blew up and these guys showed up same day and also fixed it the same day. Very professional and I was surprised by the low price. They also offer 0% for 6 months. If you can't pay in full, this option is nice to have. I highly recommend using these guys, I know I will.

The person on the phone quoted me a $99 main line drain cleaning special they were running. I said yes. The technician came. He quoted me $250 for the drain cleaning, stating he did not have easy access because he had to go to my basement. They never said there was a stipulation of easy access on the phone or even what "easy access" meant. In their world, easy access is getting access from outside. Bad communication and not being completely truthful. I politely told the technician I would not be needing their services today. I sent them home and went with one of their competitors and will not be calling again.

Roscoe was a very prompt and professional technician. He explained clearly what the problem was regarding our outdoor faucet and showed us the damage from prior freeze. He completed the work in a high quality manner and was polite and courteous.

Sean was terrific! He was on time and diagnosed my issue promptly. He initially thought I needed a new motor which would have cost 2K, but then noticed a bad wire connection. He made some adjustments and this issue was resolved.
I appreciate his honesty!

Unfortunately I am updating my review a few weeks after completion due to some issues that have come up. The customer service, reliability and responsiveness were amazing! However, we have had two friends who have done plumbing previously come to our house and both said we over paid by double what it should have cost. Also, we did not pass our city inspection so had to complete the job ourselves. Additionally, the installed machine is so loud! We can hear it in the next room when we never heard our other one. Overall, I was glad the work got done when they said it would but would not use this company again or recommend.

Had a great experience with Done. Came out same day as my first call. DJ our technician was professional. They were able to get the right part same day and get our hot water heater working again. Would highly recommend this company.
