Done Plumbing and Heating has been a great company to deal with! The technician who came out to clean my grandma’s sewer line - Tony, was very professional, and knowledgeable of the trade. Lindsey, and Celena were very pleasant to speak with and professional in how they communicated over the phone. Thanks for the great service!

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with this one. First red flag is not giving us an estimate over the phone on how much the charge would be on top of the $99 cleaning IF we had to go through the toilet instead of crawl space. So many attempts of up charging during the appointment.
Definitely won’t be coming back.

Roscoe can to fix a plumbing issue at my In-Laws home that we could not fix ourselves. He was very polite, professional, very knowledgeable and competent. He was able to fix the issues quickly and made sure we had no further issues. We will absolutely request for him to come back the next time we need something taken care of. Thank you for taking such good care of them and making sure they understood what was necessary to make the repair.

The Technician (Vincent) was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained what he was doing as he went along. Numerous times he checked with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. The other company people I spoke with were also professional and helpful.

We had our water heater break down early one night and Done was able to get us scheduled for the first appointment the following day. Charlie responded and was not only extremely professional and polite, but he was very honest and sincere with the situation. Updates and photos were provided during the entire time he was here to make sure there were no surprises. What is great about Done is that they carry new parts and water heaters on their truck, so it was installed the same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and fair experience for any of their issues. I know I will be calling them for anything else that may arise.

I would like to acknowledge Roscoe for his outstanding work ethic. Scheduled an appointment time for 1-3 pm. Roscoe sent a text at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way. Really appreciated the text message that included his picture and some snippets of his personal info! Arrived promptly at 1:45 and began to assess the issue with the kitchen faucet. Once he determined what the issue was, provided me with a dollar estimate and the length of time to complete the work. Upon completion of his work, he showed what had been done and asked if we were satisfied with the work. Extremely happy with the work he completed. My faucet is working great now! Roscoe was so very kind to answer all our concerns. I appreciate the time he took to share his plumbing knowledge. He is truly an asset to Done Plumbing!!

Customer service/schedulers great. Very friendly & Goff communication. Paul was my electrician today & was on time, polite, professional. We talked through everything & he explained options & processes really well. Added additional services we hasn’t previously discussed in stride. Great service, well performed. It’s very rare that a tech is available right at the opening of the appointment window. Chad arrived at my house two minutes before I could get there. He was friendly, efficient, and his work was good. Pricing was a bit of a sticker shock, but considering the current environment, and the amount I was able to learn just from observation, it’s not an issue.

Done has been out to install a water tank at my place before, it was expensive even then, but the work was quality. I recommend them, but make sure to put some money aside to cover the costs.

Our technician was Roscoe T. and he did a great job, he explained everything and gave us options. He was nice and professional. It was a little pricey but we have 1 year warranty with them and the new faucet he installed has life time guarantee.

Paul was fantastic. He was quick, courteous, professional, and made wonderful suggestions to help keep my cost reasonable. I really appreciate that the company sends a picture and bio prior to the service person’s arrival.
