I had an AC leak which Charlie was sent to check out. He was great and very knowledgeable. He even answered questions that were unrelated to my call. These are my go to guys when I have plumbing/Hvac issues.

These guys were awesome. I came home to a huge leak flooding my basement and gave them a call and seriously had a plumber there in 45 min. He found the problem which wasn't a easy one to fix and got the main shut off and repaired and then started on the original leaking problem. He was in and out in about 4 hours. I would use them again.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring James, a master plumber, to fix an issue with my swamp cooler, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. From start to finish, James showcased his exceptional skills and professionalism, leaving me thoroughly impressed..

I called expecting an appointment a week or two out, but they could come by the same day! Josh was professional and easily handled the task at hand, although it wasn't super easy. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and explaining the issue to me. I also appreciated that he charged me what I was expecting and didn't try to upsell me on any additional services. I recommend them and will use them again in the future!

James was outstanding as we had a faucet that kept having issues and it turned out we needed to swap the entire thing out. James was patient, when the extra mile and showed up early for the follow up appt once we received parts.

So initially I was very impressed by the responsiveness of their administrative staff and the ease of setting up appointments but after I had had them come out once to clear a drain which by the way they did an okay job on. I ended up realizing that I was going to probably have to replace a sewer line and on top of that randomly a pipe broke in the house and started leaking. I had them quote me on replacing the full sewer line and on replacing the pipe that was broken the sewer line I was quoted $5,000 more than a dedicated sewer line place that did a much better job of explaining what was going on and why and on the main line I was quoted more than twice as much and when the guy came out from Done he quoted me $400 just to take off a small piece of drywall that took me 4 minutes to cut through with a knife and look at the actual repair that was needed ultimately I would definitely shop around before using them again. The other thing that irks me about the quote was the plumber said he would have to remove my whole water heater which would cost $1,800 to take it out and put it back just so he could replace the pipe and that was on top of the $400 for the drywall and the other plumber didn't have to do any of that didn't have to touch the water heater and was perfectly able to fix the pipe in two hours..not the full day i was quoted.

Roscoe was very helpful and professional. He got everything taken care of the day of and was very gracious about it when he found an additional leak that was going to cost us more money. Thank you, Roscoe!

David Railsback was extremely professional and helpful. He took a ton of time to inform and explain to us (both new homeowners) about what we needed. I was very honest about what was needed versus what was not needed. The response time was great. He was able to fix the issue the next day due to him coming later in the evening. I would highly recommend him to anyone at any time.

Dom, the technician, was very knowledge and thorough and took the extra time to explain the situation to my frustrated Dad. I'm grateful that Dom was so patient and respectful. But it was also very reasonably priced considering the amount of time he spent cleaning the lines. Highly recommend this company and this technician!

Vincent came earlier than expected which was great. He got to work right away and cleared our drain. When he was finished he cleaned up the work area so it looked like he wasn’t even there. Now the sink drains perfectly. I would definitely recommend Done plumbing and highly recommend Vincent. Vincent is a true professional
