The technician was very respectful and showed up timely. He performed the work and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. The install went well and the vanity and sink look great, thank you.

Broken pipe fixed quick. No drama and great service. Plumber was professional. The challenge was the cost.
However, the quality of service offset the price.

I have used Done for years and I am always very satisfied with the service and technicians. Will and Drake installed a new HVAC system today and they were professional, knowledgeable, informative and fast. I appreciated that they reviewed the new system and thermostat with me before they left. Will and Drake were very clean and organized and left the area the same way they found it and that is very important to me as well. Great job and thank you for the continued exceptional service.

Done was able to send a technician first thing in the morning on the same day I called. Roscoe was able to quickly identify and fix the leak. He installed three new emergency shutoff valves under my kitchen sink and ensured that I knew how they functioned. He was friendly and professional.

The team at Done were very courteous and professional and we were left very satisfied. Our technician Tristin S. was kind, patient and very thorough with our water heater replacement. Our basement setup needed modern updating and Tristin worked all day to ensure everything was in working order so that our hot water was reestablished after being sorely missed. Highly recommended!

Cody Cuthbertson was incredible! I think the second or third time I've used done and you guys always show up in a big way. There wasn't an easy fix for the bathroom drain in my older house but Cody approached this problem from many different angles and eventually fixed the issue no problem. Stand out technician, give this guy a raise!

Thanks for the excellent job Rosco Tunnell did in replacing my faucet and old turn-off valves to my kitchen sink. He was on time, covered his shoes, and went right to work. Even went and picked up my new faucet. When he came back everything was removed and reinstalled within an hour. And cleaned up after himself before leaving. Nanci Vaughn
